A method and apparatus for generating dance motion based on pose and timing constraints according to an embodiment of the present invention can, when a user assigns pose to the music for authoring dance choreography, search poses including the most similar pose and select poses having high connectivity to naturally connect them.

The system for motion evaluation includes: a plurality of sensor apparatuses photographing a user to acquire user's joint data; an analysis apparatus performs calibration and synchronization on the joint data input from the plurality of sensor apparatuses to generate a user's skeleton and uses pose vectors calculated for each body part to compare a user's pose with an expert's pose; and a display apparatus outputting a user character moved depending on a user's motion by using the skeleton, together with an expert character and outputting the comparison result.

The present invention provides an apparatus for analyzing human motion including a bio-sensor configured to transmit a bio-signal by being attached to a body part; a receiver configured to receive the bio-signal; and a controller configured to determine position and velocity of the bio-sensor based on the bio-signal and estimate position and velocity of the joint adjacent to the body part based on the position and velocity of the bio-sensor. Accordingly, the present invention can reduce restrictions in movements by using a wireless bio-signal without having any problem in being hidden.
