In a multi-cloud environment including a plurality of cloud systems, an apparatus, that is, a cloud brokering apparatus, obtains data streamed from the cloud systems and converts the obtained data into a predetermined format. The cloud brokering apparatus performs analysis which includes determining whether a fault occurs and whether an agreed service level for the normalized data is satisfied, and provides the analyzed data to a management system of a high level.

A method of request routing redirection includes: receiving, by a first content delivery network (CDN) among a plurality of CDNs connected by CDN interconnection (CDNi), a domain name system (DNS) request including a list of CDN-provider-identifications (IDs) of higher CDNs, from a client; determining whether the client's request is processable; and when the client's request is not processable, redirecting the request, while preventing a loop of the request routing on the basis of the list of the CDN-provider-IDs.

A provisioning management apparatus for a cloud data center collects cloud resource information including at least resource form information and performance measurement information of a cloud, determines a present resource state of the cloud data center using the collected cloud resource information, calculates a theoretical optimal resource reservation based on the present resource state, configures a resource of the cloud data center when the theoretical optimal resource reservation accepts a user request, and verifies the resource configuration.

A first cloud computing data center and a second cloud computing data center are connected through a provider backbone bridge network (PBBN), and a plurality of working connection paths and protection connection paths are formed between end points between the first cloud computing data center and the second cloud computing data center and between end points within a cloud computing data center through the PBBN. When a failure occurs in the working connection path, the working connection path is switched to a corresponding protection connection path.

A virtual switch for providing a network virtualization service and a high-speed switching method of an input packet are provided. A packet is efficiently transmitted at a high speed using information of the input packet between a physical interface and a logical interface or between logical interfaces.
