摘要: The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for encoding and decoding an image by skip encoding. The image-encoding method by skip encoding, which performs intra-prediction, comprises: performing a filtering operation on the signal which is reconstructed prior to an encoding object signal in an encoding object image; using the filtered reconstructed signal to generate a prediction signal for the encoding object signal; setting the generated prediction signal as a reconstruction signal for the encoding object signal; and not encoding the residual signal which can be generated on the basis of the difference between the encoding object signal and the prediction signal, thereby performing skip encoding on the encoding object signal.

摘要: The present invention provides a method and apparatus for encoding/decoding an image and for adjusting a reconstructed pixel by scaling an offset of an in-loop filter having a scaled offset value. The method includes: obtaining information of a scale default value of a current block from a bitstream; obtaining offset parameter merge information of the current block from the bitstream; obtaining the offset parameter of the current block on the basis of the offset parameter merge information; determining whether a scale residual value of the current block is obtained from the bitstream on the basis of the offset parameter merge information; obtaining a scale value on the basis of the scale default value and the scale residual value; scaling an offset on the basis of the offset parameter and the scale value; and adjusting a pixel value of the current block on the basis of the scaled offset.

摘要: An image decoding method according to the present invention includes reconstructing a residual block by inverse-quantizing and inverse-transforming an entropy-decoded residual block, generating a prediction block by performing intra prediction on a current block, and reconstructing an picture by adding the reconstructed residual block to the prediction block, wherein generating the prediction block includes generating a final prediction value of a prediction target pixel included in the current block based on a first prediction value of the prediction target pixel and a final correction value calculated by performing an arithmetic right shift on a two's complementary integer representation for an initial correction value of the prediction target pixel by a binary digit of 1. Accordingly, upon image encoding/decoding, computation complexity may be reduced.

The method of decoding an image includes: obtaining motion-constrained tile set information; determining, on the basis of the motion-constrained tile set information, a first boundary region of a collocated tile set within a reference picture, which corresponds to a motion-constrained tile set; padding a second boundary region corresponding to the first boundary region; and performing inter prediction on the motion-constrained tile set by using a collocated tile set that includes the padded second boundary region.
