    摘要: A magnetic spring has at least two permanent magnets (2 and 4) spaced from each other in a kinetic mechanism. At the time of input and at the time of output, the geometric dimensions between the two permanent magnets are changed by the kinetic mechanism or an external force. The change in geometric dimensions is converted into a repulsive force in the kinetic mechanism, thereby (1) making the repulsive force from a balanced position of the two permanent magnets greater at the time of output than at the time of input, or (2) deriving a damping term of the magnetic spring to provide nonlinear damping and spring characteristics.

    摘要: There is provided a bio-signal detector to detect a heart rate and a respiratory rate so that the determination of a kind of a seat load placed on a seat can be made. That is, whether the seat load is a human or an object is determined, and if it is the human, then the physique size is determined to be small or large (the level of the physique size is determined). Accordingly, as compared with the means based only on a weight of the seat load, the determination result is highly reliable. Besides, with the use of the bio-signal detector, the discrimination between the human and the object is ensured. Moreover, a structure additionally including a weight sensor allows the determination of the physique size in more accurate manner.

    摘要: The object of the present invention is to provide a vibration damping apparatus having 6 degrees of freedom using a magnetic circuit. Vibration transfer can be isolated by a vibration damping mechanism to set the spring constant utilizing a relative displacement of a movable magnet 37 to a stationary magnet 27 in an axial direction, and an elastic force of a metal spring 50 substantially to be zero. The displacement is quickly restored to an original position by a rubber 24a and the metal spring 50 composing a device to restore the displacement due to vibration not only in an axial direction (Z axis direction) but also in a horizontal direction (X or Y axis direction), in a rotational direction around each axis, or in a twisting direction which is an overlapping direction of these directions and is damped as a vibration in an axial direction. Accordingly, a vibration having 6 degrees of freedom can be controlled with a simple structure.

    摘要: A mechanical amplification device includes a three-dimensional knitted material and foam bodies and laminated in the periphery of the three-dimensional knitted material. A mechanical amplification device provided with a film is disposed between the three-dimensional knitted material and the foam bodies and is provided, and a vibration sensor is attached to this mechanical amplification device. Micro vibration on the body surface caused by a human biological signal is propagated to the foam bodies, the film, and the three-dimensional knitted material, and membrane vibration is generated in the foam bodies and the film, while string vibration of a fiber is generated in the three-dimensional knitted material. As a result, the biological signal such as heart rate, respiration, atrial and aortic vibrations and the like can be accurately transmitted.

    摘要: A cushion member includes an intermediate layer, and an upper layer and lower layer stacked and fixed thereto. The cushion member is fixed to a frame by bending an end part of the cushion member so that the upper layer comes to the front side and the lower layer comes to the back side. The intermediate layer is subjected to shear force and the upper layer and the lower layer are subjected to compressive and tensile stress. With the spring characteristic of the intermediate layer, residual stress of the tension and compression is applied to the upper and lower layers from the intermediate layer. Thus, the cushion member can have a restoring property, generation of creases during no load application can be reduced, permanent setting is made less likely, and a compression characteristic in the thickness direction is increased.

The supporter and the helical tension springs structure an auxiliary vibration system whose mass element is a femoral region of a seated person. The auxiliary vibration system is made to function as a dynamic vibration absorber with respect to up-down vibrations of a main vibration system whose mass element is an upper body of a seated person.
