摘要: Seat structure designed to reduce weight and improve various functions such as impact absorbency, vibration absorbency. A torsion bar arranged along a width direction, and an arm connected to the torsion bar and enforced in a direction of falling backwards in a normal state are provided in the rear of a seat cushion, and a cushioning member is arranged between a supporting frame supported by the arm and a front frame provided at the front of the seat cushion, whose front edge is vertically movable rotationally. When working a pedal or standing up, since the front edge of the front frame is forced to move in a downward direction by a leg portion, a haunch supporting portion of the cushioning member is relatively lifted upward, so that support force to lift up the haunches works.

摘要: Disclosed is a slide locking mechanism for a seat, which comprises at least five locking pieces, a plurality of first latch portions and a plurality of second latch portions. An opening width of a hole of each of the first latch portions in a longitudinal direction of a lower rail is equal to a width of each of the locking pieces in the longitudinal direction, and an opening width of a hole of each of the second latch portions in the longitudinal direction is greater than the opening width of each of the holes of the first latch portions. The first latch portions and the second latch portions are alternately arranged along the longitudinal direction.

The seat reclining mechanism comprises a guide bracket and an internal gear member coupled to the guide bracket in a rotatable manner about a rotation axis thereof with respect to the guide bracket and formed with internal teeth along a circle having a center on the rotation axis. A plurality of lock gear members is disposed between the guide bracket and the internal gear member. A fitting portion is provided in either one of the guide bracket and the internal gear member. A rotatable cam is rotatably supported by the fitting portion.

摘要: A vehicle seat slide mechanism includes a lower rail and an upper rail slidably mounted on the lower rail for movent relative thereto. The lower rail includes a bottom wall, first and second side walls extending in a direction perpendicular to the bottom wall, first and second top walls extending inwardly from respective top edges of the first and second side walls and terminating spaced a distance from each other, and a dependent wall extending towards the bottom wall from the first top wall. On the other hand, the upper rail includes an upright wall lying perpendicular to the lower rail, a bottom wall generally perpendicular to the upright wall and extending widthwise of the upper rail, and an upturned wall extending upwardly from the bottom wall of the upper rail. First and second plurality of balls are accommodated rollingly within opposite spaces on respective sides of the upper rail to facilitate a smooth movement of the upper rail relative to the lower rail.

摘要: An automobile seat includes a swinging motion restraint mechanism for restraining a swinging motion of a sub-frame relative to side frames. The swinging motion restraint mechanism includes a swing axis mounted on the sub-frame, a swinging motion restraint member rotatably mounted on one of the side frames and having a first contact portion and a second contact portion, both of which are brought into contact with the swing axis one at a time, and an elastic member for biasing the swinging motion restraint member toward the swing axis. In an initial state in which no load is applied to a seat back, the first contact portion of the swinging motion restraint member is held in contact with the swing axis, while when a load greater than a predetermined value is inputted to the seat back in a rearward direction, the sub-frame is caused to swing about a hinge to thereby move a headrest forward, and the second contact portion of the swinging motion restraint member is brought into contact with the swing axis, thereby holding the headrest at a position after the movement.

摘要: An automobile seat includes a swinging motion restraint mechanism for restraining a swinging motion of a sub-frame relative to side frames.
