Abstract: A valve includes a flap, a tubular valve body defining a passageway, and a guiding device to guide the flap relative to the valve body for pivoting the flap relative to the valve body about a pivot axis between a closed position and an open position of the passageway. The guiding device comprises a pin traversed by the pivot axis and comprising a body with a base and, opposite the base, a free end resting against the valve body. The pin also comprises two lugs each protruding from the base in a direction opposite to the free end, the two lugs defining between them a slot, wherein an edge of the flap is received. The valve further comprises at least one member, connected to the flap, and which presses one of the lugs of the pin against the flap.

Abstract: A valve comprises a coupling device having a driven member bound to the drive shaft of a flap, a driving member bound to an output shaft of an actuator, and an elastic member. The driving member comprises attachments that hooks up the elastic member to the driving member in a temporary position in which the elastic member is elastically loaded. The driven member comprises at least one release member that at least partly releases the elastic member of the attachments when the coupling device is brought to an intermediate state or the elastic member, when the coupling device is in the intermediate state, may be at least partly released from the attachments. The elastic member once released, adopts a definitive use position under the effect of relaxation of the elastic load, the coupling device then adopting the operational state.

Abstract: An exhaust valve includes a body defining a passage and a flap that pivots about an axis relative to the body to selectively close/open the passage. An actuator moves the flap and a device couples the flap to the actuator. This coupling device comprises: a compression spring having a proximal end that rotates about the axis with a first element between the flap and an actuator output shaft and a distal end; a seat engaged with the distal end, while the seat is fixed in rotation about the axis with the first element, and a torsionally-rigid transmission member fixed in rotation about the axis with the first element and that immobilizes the distal end relative to the proximal end in a plane that is orthogonal to the axis. The transmission member has a slot that is elongated parallel to the axis and is traversed by the distal end.

Abstract: A valve comprises a body having a gas inlet and outlet, a flap in the body,—a drive shaft which is rigidly connected to the flap, an actuator having a motor shaft, and a coupling of the motor shaft and the drive shaft. A mounting for the actuator on the body comprises a side wall defining a cavity and closed in part at angular sectors facing towards the inlet and towards the outlet. The wall has openings for circulating air between the inside and the outside of the cavity. A thermally insulating partition is between the body and the actuator and has a surface area which is greater than 50% of a cross section of the wall taken in a plane which is perpendicular to the axis of the shaft, and has an opening for receiving the shaft with a gap. A plate is connected to the shaft, which is axially interposed between the partition and the actuator, and covers the gap.
