Abstract: A method for the performance-enhancing driver assistance of a road vehicle on a track comprising the steps of:
determining, in use, the current position and the current orientation of the road vehicle on the track by means of a tracking device; identifying an optimal trajectory in relation to the conformation of the track and/or to the road vehicle; determining, in use, a relative position of the road vehicle with respect to the optimal trajectory by identifying a longitudinal relative position on the optimal trajectory; suggesting to the driver, by means of one or more colours emitted or assumed by a light interface device, depending on the longitudinal relative position, one or more actions to be performed to vary a longitudinal dynamic of the road vehicle in order to perform a mission optimising the performance on the track.-

Abstract: A motor vehicle is described, which comprises: a passenger compartment; a pair of wheels; a steering mechanism, which can be operated by a driver and is connected to said wheels through a drive by wire mode; the motor vehicle is selectively available in a first configuration, wherein the passenger compartment defines a first seat for a driver and a second seat for a passenger beside the first seat along a first axis; and a second configuration, wherein the passenger compartment only defines a third seat for the driver; the steering mechanism can be moved along the first axis between a third position taken on when said motor vehicle is in said first configuration and a fourth position taken on when said motor vehicle is in the second configuration; the third and fourth positions are spaced apart from one another along the first axis.
