摘要: An information display apparatus capable of reducing the viewpoint movement of a driver and achieving safer driving in consideration of the relationship between the traveling speed and the stopping distance of a vehicle is provided. The information display apparatus is configured to display image information in a transportation and comprises a HUD apparatus disposed between a windshield of the transportation and an instrument panel of the transportation. The HUD apparatus detects a viewpoint position of a driver; and displays a virtual image of the image information in front of the transportation by reflecting light emitted from the HUD apparatus to display the image information by the windshield. The HUD apparatus is configured to set a display position of the virtual image in accordance with movement of the viewpoint position of the driver who is driving the transportation.

摘要: A system for signaling a hazard condition of a vehicle includes a microprocessor configured to receive an electronic signal from the vehicle that is indicative of a hazardous condition involving the vehicle, and a first radio transmitter in operative communication with the microprocessor. In response to receiving the signal indicative of a hazardous event, the microprocessor sends a first wireless signal via the first radio transmitter that indicates the vehicle is involved in the hazardous condition.

摘要: A display control device for a vehicle includes a memory and a processor connected to the memory. The processor is configured to display an object display and a lane display at a display section provided in a cabin of the vehicle. The object display depicts an object located in front of the vehicle, the lane display depicts a lane extending in front of the vehicle, and the object display and lane display are each displayed as a view thereof from the side of the object at which the vehicle is disposed. The processor is also configured to, in accordance with a distance between the object and the vehicle, alter a display ratio of the object display relative to a width of the lane display.

摘要: A system for calibrating a waveguide-based holographic head-up display that projects images upon a windscreen of a vehicle including a light-diffusing panel positioned at the center of an eyellipse to reflect the images projected by the waveguide-based holographic head-up display. An eyebox of the waveguide-based holographic head-up display is positioned at the center of the eyellipse, and the eyebox is divided into a plurality of unit exit pupils. The system also includes a camera positioned to capture the images reflected by the light-diffusing panel and one or more controllers in electronic communication with the waveguide-based holographic head-up display and the camera. The one or more controllers execute instructions to determine a warp map based on a plurality of corrected individual calibration patterns.

As viewed in at least one of the first direction and a second direction orthogonal to both the normal direction and the first direction, the Fresnel lens emits light passing through a center of the display panel.
