Abstract: An electrophotographic photoreceptor causing no image defect even in long-term use and has excellent wear performance, a method of producing the same, and an electrophotographic device are provided. The electrophotographic photoreceptor includes a photosensitive layer on a conductive substrate. The slope k of a straight line obtained by plotting the average film density of outermost layer and the boiling point of solvent used for the formation of the outermost layer along the ordinate and the abscissa, respectively, is 1.50E-4 (g/cm3·° C.) or greater, and the difference in film density of the outermost layer between the surface side and the side close to the conductive substrate is 0.030 g/cm3 or less.

Abstract: In a negatively-chargeable laminate-type electrophotographic photoreceptor, a charge generation layer and another charge transport layer are arranged on a conductive substrate directly or via an intermediate layer. Abstract: The present invention provides an electrophotographic photoreceptor including a photosensitive layer containing an electron transport material, and having high pressure resistance and suppressed occurrence of a leak phenomenon, a method for producing the same, and an electrophotographic device using the same. The electrophotographic photoreceptor includes an electrically conductive support containing an aluminum alloy; an anodic oxide film formed on a surface of the electrically conductive support; and a photosensitive layer formed on the anodic oxide film. The photosensitive layer contains an electron transport material having an electron mobility of 10−7 cm2/V/sec or more when field intensity is set to 20 V/μm. The surface of the electrically conductive support having the anodic oxide film formed thereon has an admittance value that is 25 μS or more and 60 μS or less.

Abstract: An electrically conductive support for use in an electrophotographic photoreceptor includes a cylindrical main body having a first end and a second end opposite to the first end in an axial direction of the main body. The main body contains an aluminum alloy and has an internal stress in a range of −30 MPa to 5 MPa. A method of producing the electrically conductive support includes preparing a substrate containing an aluminum alloy obtained at least through an extrusion step, and heat treating the substrate to obtain the electrically conductive support. The heat treating is carried out such that, when a temperature of the heat treating is defined as T (° C.) and a time of the heat treating is defined as H (hours), an amount of the heat treating Q defined by Q=T×H is 800 or less.
