Abstract: A mammography apparatus includes: an arm; a first cooling fan that is disposed on a stand side with respect to the radiation source in the arm, sucks air from an outside of the arm, and discharges air that has cooled the radiation source from a first exhaust port provided on the stand side with respect to the radiation source; a projector that is disposed in the arm; a second cooling fan that is disposed between the projector and the first exhaust port in the arm, sucks a part of air directed from the first cooling fan to the first exhaust port, blows the sucked air toward the projector to cool the projector, and has a flow rate smaller than that of the first cooling fan; and a second exhaust port that is provided separately from the first exhaust port and through which air that has cooled the projector is discharged.

Abstract: The radiation-irradiation device includes: a radiation generating unit that generates radiation; a collimator unit that controls an irradiation range to be irradiated with the radiation generated by the radiation generating unit; and an interval ensuring unit that includes a contact member being in contact with a subject to be irradiated with the radiation in a case in which a distance between the radiation generating unit and the subject is shorter than a preset distance, and ensures an interval between the radiation generating unit and the subject. The interval ensuring unit is detachably mounted on the collimator unit and is capable of being mounted at different rotational positions about an axis, which passes through a center of a diaphragm of the collimator unit and extends in the direction of an optical axis of the radiation, as a central axis.

Abstract: A CT apparatus includes an annular frame that rotates around a subject positioned in a bore, three columns that hold the frame to be rotatable and movable up and down in a vertical, an elevation mechanism that moves up and down the frame, and a rotation mechanism that rotates the frame. A radiation source and a radiation detector are attached to the frame at positions facing each other. The frame has a width smaller than a width of the radiation source and the radiation detector in a height direction over a whole periphery. An imaging controller performs control for operating the elevation mechanism in response to a return instruction from an operator to move the frame to a retreat height position set at a position of a highest point in an elevation range of the frame on an upper end side of the columns. The imaging controller performs control for operating the rotation mechanism in response to the return instruction from the operator to rotate the frame to a position of 60° that is a first rotation position where the radiation source overlaps the columns.

Abstract: A radiation detector includes a support table, a sensor panel, a fixing member, and a contact member. An attachment surface having an arc surface shape is formed in the support table. The sensor panel has an imaging region in which a plurality of pixels detecting radiation are two-dimensionally arranged. A first surface of the sensor panel is attached to the attachment surface following the arc surface shape. The fixing member partially fixes the first surface to the attachment surface. A generation unit generates the energy subtraction image in a case in which the receiving unit receives the request signal.
