Abstract: A portable terminal includes a display control unit, an extraction unit, and a compositing unit. The display control unit displays a specifying frame for specifying a specified region which is a partial region in a display image displayed on a touch panel display, and a color designation mark for designating a reference color from colors included in an image of the specified region in the specifying frame, in superposition with the display image. The extraction unit extracts an image corresponding to the reference color designated by the color designation mark from the image of the specified region in the specifying frame, as a compositing target image. The compositing unit generates a composite image in which the compositing target image is composited in a selection image selected by a user.

Abstract: A processor device includes an image signal acquiring unit, an image processing unit, and a display control unit. Abstract: A portable terminal as an example of an imaging apparatus has an imaging unit that images a subject, a display unit that displays an image captured by the imaging unit in a live view mode, an extraction unit, a composition unit, and a display control unit. The imaging unit acquires a first image. The extraction unit extracts a part of the first image as a composition target for image composition. The composition unit composes the composition target to a second image captured by the imaging unit and different from the first image. The display control unit displays the second image, to which the composition target is composed, on the display unit in a live view mode.

Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide an image processing device, an endoscope system, and an image processing method capable of efficiently saving a moving image in which a lesion is shown. An image processing device according to a first aspect of the present invention includes a moving image acquisition unit that acquires an examination moving image by an endoscope, a report information acquisition unit that acquires report information on an examination corresponding to the examination moving image, the report information including at least one of subject information of a still image acquired in the examination or acquisition time information of the still image, a report information analysis unit that extracts at least one of subject information of a lesion image or acquisition time information of the lesion image from the report information, and a moving image saving unit that saves a lesion moving image, which is a moving image for a time range in which the lesion image is included in the examination moving image, on the basis of a result of the extraction.

Abstract: A movement trajectory calculation unit calculates a movement trajectory indicating a trajectory along which an endoscope has moved, by using a movement state of the endoscope.
