    Abstract: The optical scanning device includes: a micromirror device including a mirror portion that has a reflecting surface for reflecting incident light, a first actuator that allows the mirror portion to swing around a first axis parallel to the reflecting surface in a case where the mirror portion is stationary, and a second actuator that allows the mirror portion to swing around a second axis parallel to the reflecting surface and orthogonal to the first axis; a light source that emits a light beam; a light deflector that deflects the light beam emitted from the light source; an optical system that guides the light beam deflected by the light deflector to a back surface of the mirror portion, which is a surface opposite to the reflecting surface; and a position detector that detects a position of the light beam deflected by the back surface.

    Abstract: An optical system on which polarized light is incident includes a first reflecting member that is rotationally symmetric with respect to a first axis and has a first reflecting surface that reflects the polarized light to emit reflected light as first reflected light, and a second reflecting member that is rotationally symmetric with respect to the first axis and has a second reflecting surface that reflects the first reflected light to emit reflected light as second reflected light. A cross-sectional shape of the first reflecting surface cut along a plane parallel to the first axis is concave. A cross-sectional shape of the second reflecting surface cut along the plane parallel to the first axis is convex. An optical path of the first reflected light is parallel to the first axis. An optical path of the second reflected light is directed outward from the first axis.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a solid-state laser device having an advantage of achieving simplification of a configuration and reduction in size, and a photoacoustic measurement device. In a solid-state laser device which accommodates a solid-state laser medium and an excitation light source having a rod-shaped portion, the excitation light source is provided to be pulled out of a laser chamber. An optical element which bends light is provided at a position separated from the rod-shaped portion such that at least a part of the optical element and at least a part of the rod-shaped portion are at the same position in the longitudinal direction of the rod-shaped portion. One resonator mirror is disposed at a position where bent light is incident. Optical components between the optical element and the resonator mirror are provided at positions separated from a path along which the excitation light source is pulled out.
