    Abstract: A film includes a substrate including a cyclic olefin-based resin; and an easily adhesive layer adjacent to the substrate, in which a content of a fluorine-containing polymer in the easily adhesive layer is greater than 20 mass % with respect to a total mass of the easily adhesive layer.
