    Abstract: Provided are a phase difference plate, a phase difference plate with a temporary support, a circularly polarizing plate, and a display device, in which, when the phase difference plate is combined with a polarizer and then applied as a circularly polarizing plate to a display device and a display device in black display is observed from a front direction and an oblique direction under a fluorescent lamp, tinting of black color is suppressed in any direction. The phase difference plate includes at least three or more optically anisotropic layers, in which the layers are laminated in in direct contact with each other, the phase difference plate includes a first optically anisotropic layer which is formed by fixing a vertically aligned disk-like liquid crystal compound, and a second optically anisotropic layer which is formed by fixing a rod-like liquid crystal compound twist-aligned along a helical axis extending in a thickness direction.

    Abstract: An optical film suppresses at any azimuthal angle where the optical film is combined with a polarizer and applied as a circularly polarizing plate to a display device; a circularly polarizing plate; and a display device. The optical film includes a first, a second, and a third optically anisotropic layer in this order, in which the first layer is formed by fixing a vertically aligned disk-like liquid crystal compound or formed by fixing a horizontally aligned rod-like liquid crystal compound, the secondo layer is formed by fixing a rod-like liquid crystal compound twist-aligned along a helical axis extending in a thickness direction, the third layer is formed by fixing a vertically aligned rod-like liquid crystal compound, and at least one of the first, second, or third layers is formed of a liquid crystal compound containing a reverse wavelength dispersion liquid crystal compound.

    Abstract: A peelable laminated film in which a substrate film containing a polyester resin and a light transmitting film containing a resin having a glass transition temperature of higher than 80° C. and an aromatic ester compound are laminated, and a method for producing a polarizing plate which contains bonding a surface of the light transmitting film of the peelable laminated film to a polarizer through an adhesive, the surface being opposite to an interface of the light transmitting film to the substrate film, and then peeling off the substrate film to obtain a polarizing plate having the polarizer and the light transmitting film are provided.
