In the gas barrier film, an average particle diameter D of the filler is 0.02 to 3.00 μm, a thickness of the substrate layer is equal to or larger than the average particle diameter of the filler, and a total thickness T of one or more layers disposed between the substrate layer and the gas barrier layer is 0.02 to 0.40 μm.

摘要: A method for continuously manufacturing an optical display device includes air filtering into a laminating part in an apparatus, exhausting in coordination with the air filtering, and humidifying the laminating part so as to make relative humidity of the laminating part as 60 to 75% RH at room temperature 22° C. The method also includes sequentially supplying a rectangularly formed optical functional film having a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer with a separator laminated on one of opposite surfaces of the optical functional film to a predetermined laminating position of the laminating part and conveying a rectangular panel component to the predetermined laminating position so as to correspond to the sequentially supplied optical functional film. The method further includes peeling the separator from the optical functional film leaving the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer behind and laminating the optical functional film to one of opposite surfaces of the panel component by the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer.

An adhesive film for polarizing plates is formed of an adhesive composition for polarizing plates, which includes a non-carboxylic acid (meth)acrylic copolymer, an isocyanate curing agent, and an epoxy curing agent, wherein the adhesive film has a modulus at 85° C. of about 0.1 MPa to about 0.8 MPa and a modulus ratio of about 3 or less, as calculated by the equation, Modulus ratio=G′(25° C.)/G′(85° C.), where G′(25° C.) is modulus (unit: MPa) at 25° C. of an adhesive film and G′(85° C.) is modulus (unit: MPa) at 85° C. of the adhesive film.

摘要: An object of the invention is to provide a method of manufacturing a three-dimensional fluid cell having three-dimensional formability with a high degree of freedom. A method of manufacturing a three-dimensional fluid cell according to the invention is a method of manufacturing a three-dimensional fluid cell using a laminate which has at least two plastic substrates and a fluid layer and in which at least one plastic substrate is a heat-shrinkable film satisfying a heat shrinkage rate of 5% to 75%, including, in order: 1) an arrangement step of arranging one plastic substrate, the fluid layer, and the other plastic substrate in this lamination order; 2) a two-dimensional fluid cell producing step of producing a two-dimensional fluid cell by sealing the fluid layer; and 3) a three-dimensional processing step of three-dimensionally processing the two-dimensional fluid cell by heating.
