    Abstract: The light irradiation range of a probe for a photoacoustic measurement apparatus is increased. The probe for a photoacoustic measurement apparatus includes a light transmission unit that irradiates a subject with light, and a photoacoustic wave detector 52 that detects a photoacoustic wave generated from the subject. The light transmission unit includes light propagation part 51 for propagating light, and a light transmission member 55. Further, the light transmission member 55 includes an inner peripheral surface 55a that is formed in the shape of a curved concave surface and an outer peripheral surface 55b that has a radius of curvature larger than the radius of curvature of the inner peripheral surface 55a and is formed in the shape of a curved convex surface. The outer peripheral surface 55b is disposed so that the light L emitted from the light propagation part 51 is incident on the inner peripheral surface 55a.

    Abstract: A lens barrel including a first main shaft and a first sub-shaft that guide the movement of a third front lens group (G3a), a second main shaft and a second sub-shaft that guide the movement of a fourth lens group (G4), a hall element that is used to detect the position of the third front lens group (G3a), and an MR sensor that is used to detect the position of the fourth lens group (G4) are disposed on a straight line passing through an optical axis in a cross section orthogonal to the optical axis. The first main shaft and the second main shaft overlap each other in a direction of the optical axis. In a drive unit for each lens group, a plurality of drive magnets are arranged symmetrically with respect to the straight line.

    Abstract: Provided are a lens barrel and an imaging device, with which it is possible to lock an optical member of which the movement in an optical axis direction is made free in a case where there is no electrification, particularly to hold the optical member in a locked state without use of electric power. A movable frame that holds a focus lens is driven in the optical axis direction by a linear motor. In a case where the movable frame is to be locked with the linear motor being not electrified, the movable frame (engagement portion) is caused to abut onto a restriction portion at an end portion of the movable range of the movable frame and a locking ring is caused to rotationally move to a locking position by an electric actuator. Accordingly, the movable frame is fixed by the restriction portion and a locking portion of the locking ring to become unable to move. The electric actuator includes a worm gear as a power transmission mechanism and it is possible to hold the locking ring at the locking position by means of an irreversible rotation function of the worm gear.
