    摘要: A detecting device divides image data into a plurality of areas, wherein the image data is projected by a projecting device and the image data has a plurality of sets of watermark information, in each of which frequency and amplitude are constant and in each of which phase is reversed depending on whether first-type information or second-type information is indicated, and the plurality of sets of watermark information are embedded in the image data in a synchronized manner. The detecting device extracts amplitude of the watermark information included in the areas and identifies, as a target area for extraction, successive areas in which the extracted amplitude of the watermark information is constant. The detecting device extracts the watermark information which is overlapping in the target area for extraction.

    摘要: A digital watermark embedding apparatus includes an interface unit which acquires video data and digital watermark information, and a processing unit which embeds the digital watermark information into the video data. The processing unit is adapted to: determine the position of a watermark pattern so that the watermark pattern moves with time according to the value of a symbol contained in the digital watermark information within a first moving range that contains at least a portion of a reference region on each image, and so that the average pixel value of the reference region overlapped with the watermark pattern varies in a periodic fashion as the watermark pattern moves; and correct the value of each pixel contained in a region where the reference region and the watermark pattern overlap each other by using the value of a corresponding one of the pixels contained in the watermark pattern.

    摘要: A processor detects feature lines from an image of an object and generates projection lines by projecting line segments in shape information of the object on the image. The processor generates combinations each including a feature line and a projection line and generates plural sets each including a specific number of combinations. The processor uses each set to estimate a position and an orientation of an imaging device that has captured the image, and evaluates a result of the estimation for each set. When there is a change in a relative position or orientation between the object on the image and a shape represented by the shape information, the processor repeats generation of the plural sets, estimation of the position and the orientation of the imaging device and evaluation of the estimation result. The processor determines the position and the orientation of the imaging device based on the repeated evaluation.

    摘要: A transmitting device is disclosed. A lighting device changes a first characteristic and a second characteristic of light to be emitted along time series. A processor controls, in a period having a first time length, the lighting device to modulate the first characteristic of the light from the lighting device in the time series in accordance with a light emission pattern having a waveform according to information to be transmitted and having the first time length. The processor controls the lighting device to perform pulse modulation with a pulse pattern having a second time length shorter than the first time length for the second characteristic in accordance with the information. The processor sets peak and bottom values of the second characteristic of each pulse included in a subsection, for an average of the second characteristic to be a value maintaining the waveform of the light emission pattern.
