摘要: A method of efficiently recovering a large amount of exosomes from mesenchymal stem cells is provided. The method includes: a three dimensional culture step of three dimensionally culturing mesenchymal stem cells in a medium containing sugar by using a nonwoven fabric as a scaffold; a post-plateau culture step of further culturing for a certain period of time after the amount of the sugar consumed by the mesenchymal stem cells reaches a plateau; and an exosome recovery step of recovering exosomes from the mesenchymal stem cells. The mesenchymal stem cells are adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells.

摘要: Provided is a method for efficiently harvesting cells cultured at a large scale from a three-dimensional porous scaffold. This method includes: a culturing step in which cells are cultured on a three-dimensional porous scaffold sealed in a culture vessel; an enzymatic treatment step in which an enzyme solution containing trypsin-EDTA, caseinase, and/or collagenase is added to the culture vessel to conduct an enzymatic treatment on the cultured cells in the culture vessel; and a vibration treatment step in which a vibration treatment is conducted, i.e., a base that makes a circular motion within a horizontal plane and a bottom surface of the culture vessel are made to come into surface contact with one another so as to impart a vertical-direction vibration to the cultured cells that have undergone the enzymatic treatment.

摘要: Provided is a cell culture device that has a simple structure and ensures sufficient nutrient supply to cells and oxygenation of the cells to thereby enable mass cell culture. The cell culture device comprises: a cell culture container which is an approximately cylindrical body provided with a flat bottom part at the lower end; a dish-shaped body having an approximately disc shape which is provided with a plurality of magnetic attraction members, said magnetic attraction members being positioned in the circumferential part at equal intervals, and horizontally disposed in a non-contact state within a hollow space inside the cell culture container; and a cyclic body which is provided with a plurality of magnetic attraction members and positioned outside the cell culture container so that the cell culture container is located within the cycle thereof. The cyclic body and the dish-shaped body move vertically in magnetic conjunction to thereby agitate a medium and supply nutrients to cells.
