    摘要: A quality prognostics system and a quality prognostics method for predicting the product quality during manufacturing processes are disclosed, wherein the current production tool parameters sensed during the manufacturing process and several previous quality data collected from the measurement tool are utilized to predict the future product quality, and a conjecture modeling step and prediction modeling step are performed respectively. The conjecture modeling step itself also can be applied for the purpose of virtual metrology. Further, a self-searching step and a self-adjusting step are performed for searching the best combination of various parameters/functions used by the conjecture algorithm or prediction algorithm; and meeting the requirements of new equipment parameters and conjecture/prediction accuracy.

    摘要: A quality prognostics system and a quality prognostics method for predicting the product quality during manufacturing processes are disclosed. The present invention utilizes the current production tool parameters sensed during the manufacturing process and several previous quality data collected from the measurement tool to predict the future product quality. The quality prognostics system is composed of conjecture modeling means and prediction modeling means. The conjecture modeling means itself also can be applied for the purpose of virtual metrology.     摘要: A device monitor for RF and DC measurement. The device monitor comprises a plurality of test cells arranged substantially in line. The test cell comprises a device under test, an input pad, an output pad and at least two reference pads. The input pad is electrically connected to an input of the DUT. The output pad is electrically connected to an output of the DUT. At least one of the reference pads is electrically connected to the DUT to provide a reference level. The input pad, the output pad and the reference pads are arranged substantially in line and at least one of the reference pads is located between the input pad and the output pad.

    摘要: A feeding device of a slot-in disk drive is disposed in a casing of the disk drive and includes a traverse. A bolt is disposed on and protrudes from a side of the traverse. A flange extends from the side of the traverse near the bolt. A pre-stressed piece is a bended elastic body. One end of the pre-stressed piece is fixed to the flange of the traverse, and the other end is fixed to the casing. The pre-stressed piece presses the traverse downward by its elastic force. A slider includes a protrusion with a groove formed on a side of the protrusion. The bolt is inserted into and slides within the groove. The groove includes an unloading end, an inserting portion and a loading end. An opening is formed on the upper surface of the slider near the inserting portion for reducing the thickness of the disk drive.

    摘要: A feeding device of a slot-in disk drive is disposed in a casing of the disk drive and includes a traverse. A bolt is disposed on and protrudes from a side of the traverse.     摘要: The invention provides a crack-proof device for an optical disk drive. The crack-proof device includes a casing whereon an opening is formed on a front end. The crack-proof device further includes a plank row extending downward from an upper edge of the opening for blocking the opening partly, a tray disposed inside the casing in a slidable manner, whereon a recession is formed for loading an optical disk, and at least one block wall protruding from an upper surface of the tray and located between an front end of the tray and the recession. When the tray is positioned inside the casing, the block wall and the plank row are staggered for reducing a vertical gap between them.
