摘要: An access point (AP) may operate as a master AP (AP1) to perform multi-AP coordinated beamforming (CBF). The AP1 may to initiate a first sounding sequence with one or more STAs associated with the AP1 (BSS STAs) and the one or more STAs associated with a second AP (AP2) (OBSS STAs). In these embodiments, initiation of the first sounding sequence triggers the AP2 to join the sounding sequence to initiate a second sound sequence with the BSS STAs and the OBSS STAs.

摘要: Embodiments of an access point (AP), station (STA) and method of communication are generally described herein. The AP may be configurable for multi-band operation in a plurality of frequency bands, each frequency band comprising one or more channels. The AP may select a subset of the frequency bands for which the AP is to request per-band channel availability information from the STA. The AP may transmit a Trigger Frame (TF) for a multi-band bandwidth query report polling (MB-BQRP) to request the per-band channel availability information. The AP may receive an uplink frame that includes a multi-band bandwidth query report (MB-BQR) that indicates the per-band channel availability information. The AP may determine, based on the MB-BQR, for an uplink transmission by the STA: one or more frequency bands of the subset of frequency bands, and one or more corresponding channels.

The device may cause to send a second control frame to the AP MLD on the second channel. The device may configure back to a single N×N TX/RX radio to receive a data frame.

The device may allocate a plurality of tone-sets to the plurality of STAs within the STA MLD. The device may identify energy on the allocated tone-sets for each link that the STA MLD has presence on.

The device may determine to hold the first backoff countdown at zero based on the value of the second backoff countdown. The device may transmit in synchronization on the first link and on the second link from the first STA and the second STA respectively based on holding the first backoff countdown at zero.

摘要: Embodiments of an access point (AP) configured for extremely high throughput (EHT) operation may be configured to operate as a triggering AP for a trigger-based (TB) peer-to-peer (P2P) communication between a triggered direct (TD) station (STA) and a TD peer STA. The AP may encode a Direct Link Announcement (DiL-A) frame to schedule the TD STA for a direct link transmission to the TD peer STA. The DiL-A frame may be encoded to include a Duration/ID field. The AP may set the Duration/ID field of the DiL-A frame to a remaining duration of a transmission opportunity (TXOP) when the TD peer STA is an EHT STA that supports TB P2P operation (e.g., to allow the TD peer STA to ignore the NAV set by the DiL-A frame). The AP may set the Duration/ID field of the DiL-A frame to a response time for the TD STA to respond to the DiL-A frame when the TD Peer STA is a legacy STA (e.g., to allow the TD peer STA to set its NAV based on the response time).

摘要: To communicate with a plurality of non-AP stations (STAs) within synchronized transmission opportunities (S-TXOPs), an access point station (AP) performs an initial management frame exchange with the STAs. During the initial management frame exchange, one or more sets of semi-static allocation parameters are signalling to the STAs. Each set of semi-static allocation parameters is associated with an allocation index (IDx). The AP may communicate data with the STAs during S-TXOPs that follow the initial management frame exchange. Each of the S-TXOPs may include an S-TXOP trigger. The S-TXOP trigger may be encoded to include one of the allocation indices to indicate a known allocation for use during the associated S-TXOP when a set of the predetermined semi-static allocation parameters are to be used. The S-TXOP trigger may be encoded to include full allocation information to indicate a new allocation for use during the associated S-TXOP when the predetermined semi-static allocation parameters are not used.

摘要: An access point (AP) station (STA) configured for communicating with another STA within a synchronized transmission opportunity (S-TXOP) may encode an S-TXOP trigger for transmission at a beginning of the S-TXOP. The S-TXOP trigger may be followed by a plurality of slots within the S-TXOP. The S-TXOP trigger may include a synchronization information field, a station information list field and an optional schedule information field. The STA information list field may include an AID of each STA that is scheduled to communicate during the slots and an indication of whether semi-static configuration is enabled. When the S-TXOP trigger includes the optional schedule information field, it may include resource information for each slot which may include a slot identifier and a slot type indicator. The resource allocation for each slot further includes a scheduling information element when the semi-static configuration for the corresponding slot is not enabled.
