    摘要: Packaged food portions, such as food slices, consisting of two or more food items, such as peanut butter and jelly, and processes for making them. The food portion is provided with sufficient viscosity and textural properties to enable its formation into a cohesive mass which can be extruded while maintaining the individual identity and organoleptic attributes of each food item within the food portion. The food portion may be shaped into a slice or other configuration prior to or during its encasing within a flexible packaging material. Product formulations which provide for minimal moisture migration between the different food items within the food portion and for optimum product stability, as well as processes and methods for providing and processing these formulations, are also disclosed.

    摘要: Eligible entries are scheduled using an approximated finish delay identified for an entry based on an associated speed group. One implementation maintains schedule entries, each respectively associated with a start time and a speed group. Each speed group is associated with an approximated finish delay. An approximated earliest finishing entry from the eligible schedule entries is determined that has an earliest approximated finish time, with the approximated finish time of an entry being determined based on the entry's start time and the approximated finish delay of the associated speed group. The scheduled action corresponding to the approximated earliest finishing entry is then typically performed. The action performed may, for example, correspond to the forwarding of one or more packets, an amount of processing associated with a process or thread, or any activity associated with an item.

As a result of the described configuration, flexible carrier is divisible into two sub-carriers, each unitizing a set of containers and each including a handle along a respective longitudinal edge of the resulting sub-carrier.

Committed information rate (CIR) and peak information rate (PIR) buckets used to monitor transmission rates are augmented using CIR overflow and PIR overflow buckets. The CIR and PIR overflow buckets hold tokens provided to CIR and PIR buckets that exceed the associated burst limits. Based on the availability of tokens and the color associated with a received packet, an action can be applied to the packet that promotes the color associated with the packet.
