摘要: The present invention relates to a process for the producing propylene and ethylene from a light hydrocarbon stream comprising essentially ethane and butane. The process involves a non-catalytic cracking of ethane and normal-butane followed by a metathesis of ethylene and 2-butene to increase the propylene yield. Optionally the by-produced iso-butane is dehydrogenated and subsequently the produced iso-butene is converted to other valuable products like di-isobutylene, alkylate for gasoline blending tertiary-butyl-ethers, poly-isobutylene methyl-metacrylate or isoprene.

摘要: The present invention relates to a process for the selective production of olefins from light hydrocarbons comprising: a) fractionating a butane fraction in a de-isobutanizer to obtain an enriched iso-butane fraction and an enriched normal-butane fraction, b) cracking said normal-butane fraction and optionally an ethane fraction, optionally a propane fraction, in a non-catalytic cracking zone to produce an olefin rich stream, preferably the ethane fraction, if any, the propane fraction, if any, and normal-butane fractions are cracked in separate non-catalytic cracking zones, c) treating said olefin rich stream in a separating section comprising: removing hydrogen and methane, recovering an ethylene stream, recovering an ethane stream and recycling said stream to the cracking zone, recovering a propylene stream, recovering a propane stream, optionally recycling said stream to the cracking zone, recovering a C4 stream, removing the heavies, d) selectively hydrogenating the dienes and alkynes in the C4 stream produced in step c) into their corresponding olefins, e) reacting by metathesis in a metathesis section the C4 stream produced in step d) and a part of the ethylene stream produced in step c) to produce propylene, f) treating the effluent of step e) to recover: an ethylene stream optionally recycled to the metathesis section, a propylene stream, a C4 and heavies stream, g) optionally treating the C4 and heavies stream produced in step f) which is either hydrogenated, or not-hydrogenated and recycled to the cracking zone optionally through a de-isobutanizer, or recycled directly to the cracking zone, h) optionally transforming the recovered iso-butane of step a) in iso-butene and subsequently transforming the obtained iso-butene in poly-iso-butene, di-iso-butene, alkylate for gasoline blending, t-butyl-ethers, methyl-metacrylate or either reacted with formaldehyde to make isoprene. In an embodiment of the invention a normal-butane fraction and an ethane fraction are cracked in the non-catalytic cracking zone.In another embodiment of the invention a light hydrocarbon feedstock comprising essentially ethane, propane and butane is fractionated to obtain a C3 fraction used as LPG, an ethane fraction and a butane fraction. The butane fraction is sent to the cracking zone through the de-isobutanizer, the ethane fraction is sent to the cracking zone.

摘要: Process for the selective production of ethylene, propylene and isoprene from light hydrocarbons comprising: a) fractionating a butane fraction in a de-isobutanizer to obtain an enriched iso-butane fraction and an enriched normal-butane fraction, b) cracking said normal-butane fraction and optionally an ethane fraction, optionally a propane fraction, in a non-catalytic cracking zone to produce an olefin rich stream, c) treating said olefin rich stream in a separating section to recover: an ethylene stream, a propylene stream, d) transforming the recovered iso-butane of step a) into iso-butene or t-butyl hydroperoxide or partly into iso-butene and partly into t-butyl hydroperoxide, e) optionally reacting iso-butene of step d), if any, with formaldehyde to make isoprene, f) optionally reacting t-butyl hydroperoxide of step d), if any, with an olefin to give an epoxide and t-butanol and further separating t-butanol, or optionally having t-butyl hydroperoxide of step d), if any, decomposed to t-butanol and reacted with formaldehyde to give isoprene, or reacting a part of the t-butyl hydroperoxide of step d) with an olefin and having the remaining part decomposed to t-butanol and reacted with formaldehyde to give isoprene, g) dehydrating the t-butanol recovered at step f), if any, into iso-butene and reacting said iso-butane with formaldehyde to make isoprene, or reacting directly the t-butanol recovered at step f), if any, with formaldehyde to make isoprene, or dehydrating the t-butanol recovered at step f), if any, into iso-butene, hydrogenating said iso-butene to iso-butane and oxidizing said iso-butane into t-butyl hydroperoxide, and recycling said t-butyl hydroperoxide, or dehydrating the t-butanol recovered at step f), if any, into iso-butene, then disproportionating said iso-butene and propylene recovered at step c) (or 2-butene recovered at step c)), separating an isoamylene stream and converting the isoamylene into isoprene by dehydrogenation, or making any combination of above routes of said step g), h) optionally disproportionating iso-butene of step d), if any, and propylene recovered at step c) (or 2-butene recovered at step c)), separating an isoamylene stream and converting the isoamylene into isoprene by dehydrogenation, at least one of steps e), f) and h) is not optional.

摘要: Disclosed is a method for steam-cracking naphtha, according to which a charge of hydrocarbons containing a portion of paraffinic naphtha, which is modified by adding a combination of a first component containing a portion of gasoline and a second component containing a portion of at least one hydrocarbonated refinery gas, and a paraffin-rich change containing at least one parrafin selected among propane, butane, or a mixture thereof are fed through a steam cracker in the presence of vapor. Also disclosed is a hydrocarbon composition suitable for steam cracking, containing a portion of a paraffinic naphtha, which is modified by adding a combination of a first component containing a portion of gasoline and a second component containing a portion of at least one hydrocarbonated refinery gas and a paraffin-rich charge containing at least one paraffin selected among propane, butane, or a mixture thereof.

摘要: This invention relates to a craft comprising a hull capable of floating on water, the aft part of said hull constituting the hollow space of a navigation cabin, and a forward end part which constitutes a removable stem distinct from the hull, capable of being connected to and detached from the forward part of the hull and which, in the configuration in which it is detached from the forward part of the hull, is capable of being positioned above the navigation cabin to constitute a volume, preferably a living room. The craft is provided with natural means of communication from the volume defined by the removable stem with the outside of this stem, so as, in the configuration in which the stem is connected to the forward part of the hull, to allow natural flow of the excess water contained in the stem volume, out of the stem volume. One application of the invention is the production of an inexpensive combined boat/caravan.
