摘要: Electro-optical communications may be facilitated between electrical devices by providing pluggable electro-optic modules. The pluggable electro-optic modules may be pluggingly received within U-shaped electrical connectors associated with printed circuit boards on both the receive and transmit ends. In some cases, the pluggable modules may be plugged in to establish communications and may be removed for repair or replacement.

摘要: An optical fiber connector for releasably coupling an optical fiber to an electro-optical module is disclosed. The optical fiber connector includes a housing, a strain relief, a fiber retention clip, and a pair of latching arms. The housing includes a housing bore defined through at least a portion of the housing and adapted to accommodate the exterior diameter of a typical optical fiber. The optical fiber extending through the strain relief and into the housing bore, terminating at an end of the housing. The optical fiber is retained by the housing by the utilization of the fiber retention clip. The latching arms are arranged to releasable attach the connector to an electro-optical device such that the optical fiber and an optical lens disposed in the electro-optical device are aligned.

摘要: An optical module that may be used in small-form factor pluggable applications includes a delatching/latching mechanism. The optical module may be an optical transceiver, for example, and the delatching/latching mechanism may allow for improved insertion and removal of the optical module from a cage in a computer board assembly. A latching assembly that assists in latching and delatching may include a latching member having a slotted mating element that is in contact with, and rotates relative to a substantially-fixed pivot element. Rotation may be achieved via a rotatable actuator having a cam engaging a cam follower. Numerous example biasing apparatuses are described to bias the latching assembly to its latched position and to promote contact between the mating element and the pivot element.

摘要: An optical blood glucose detecting apparatus and an operating method thereof are disclosed. The optical blood glucose detecting apparatus includes a detecting module, an assisting and strengthening module, and a data processing module. The detecting module provides an incident optical signal passing through a detected portion of skin surface into a skin interstitial fluid, captures a blood glucose optical reflection message of the skin interstitial fluid, and it interferes the blood glucose optical reflection message and the incident optical signal to generate a detected data. The assisting and strengthening module provides a physical or chemical effect on a tissue region under the detected portion to strengthen the blood glucose optical reflection message. The data processing module processes the detected data to determine a blood glucose concentration.

摘要: An example end cap of a stator segment is provided for use in locating wires in a segmented stator assembly in desired positions. The end cap generally includes a body and an inboard wall. An identifier is defined by the inboard wall of the end cap for use in determining wire sizes to be used with the end cap. Terminal pockets are provided in the body for receiving the wires and making desired electrical connections, and steps located in the terminal pockets help secure the connectors in the terminal pockets. Plateaus, and troughs defined in the plateaus, are located outside the terminal pockets for use in trimming wires received in the terminal pockets as desired. And, retaining structures are located around the end cap to help with locating the wires in the desired positions.

摘要: An optical touch apparatus includes an inputting interface, an optical module, a light receiving module, and a processing module. The inputting interface includes a surface and a light transmitting unit under the surface. The optical module and the light receiving module are set on a first side and a second side of the inputting interface. The optical module receives an incident beam and generates a plurality of parallel sensing lights according to the incident beam. When the plurality of parallel sensing lights pass the light transmitting unit to the light receiving module, the light receiving module generates a sensing result according to the condition the light receiving module receives the plurality of sensing lights. The processing module determines a touch point position formed on the surface according to the sensing result.
