摘要： Disclosed is an attenuated flavivirus live vaccine comprising a flavivirus mutant, characterised in that the flavivirus mutant has a deletion in the capsid protein of at least more than 4 successive amino acids, wherein the carboxy-terminal hydrophobic region is not affected by the deletion.
