A lumbago correcting belt is disclosed, comprising a belt body adapted to be attached to a lumbar region of a human body to enclose and surround the iliac bones and a pair of tightening members made of a flexible material the tightening members being disposed and spaced from each other on an outer circumferential face of the belt body. Each of the tightening members has two legs branched therefrom which compress the iliac bones by a tightening force selectively given to only one of the two legs. In one embodiment, a first set of engaging means is provided, one member of which is provided at one end portion of the belt body on an outer circumferential face thereof and another member of which is provided at the other end portion of the belt body on an inner circumferential face thereof, and a second set of engaging means is provided on the tightening members at one face of front end portions thereof. In a second embodiment, a first set of engaging means is provided, a first member of which is provided at one end portion of the belt body on he outer circumfential face thereof, a second member of which is provided at the other end portion of the belt body on the outer circumferential face thereof, a third member of which is provided at the other end portion of the belt body on an inner circumferential face thereof and a fourth member of which is provided at a middle portion of the belt body on the outer circumferential face thereof and a second set of engaging means is provided on he tightening members at both faces of front end portions thereof.

This invention relates to a compressive hemostatic belt wherein a cup-shaped rigid case is attached by an attaching device to a predetermined position on a band made of non-stretchable or low-stretchable fiber, nonwoven fabric or film, and a balloon adapted to be inflated by being filled with fluid is received in the rigid case. Preferably, at least the portion of the band which corresponds to the leg when the band is wrapped around the body is shaped in curve form. Buckles may be attached to the opposite ends of the band and a buckle attaching plate may be attached to the rigid case. One end of the band may be provided with projections so that when the band is wrapped around the body, the other end of the band is thrusted on the projections to fix the band in position. If the band is made of adhesive material, more reliable fixing can be achieved. A check valve adapted to prevent fluid from flowing back from the balloon may be removably connected to the balloon to provide for reuse of the check valve.

A breast presser belt 1 comprising a belt body 2 adapted to be removably wrapped around a breast portion of a user, a presser member 3 adapted to extend from the belt body 2 over to the breast portion of a user, and a bag 4 adapted to be inflated by means of an appropriate fluid. The bag 4 is attached to the inner surface of the presser member 3 at a predetermined position. When the bag 4 is inflated, the breast presser belt 1 pressurizes the breast portion of a user and securely fastened to the breast portion. Thus, the pressurizing location of the breast presser belt 1 is prevented from being shifted. The breast presser belt does not require a user or patient to keep still on a bed. Allergic poisoning, previously experienced due to the use of medical adhesive tape, may be obviated. The breast presser belt may be applied to a female having larger breasts.
