摘要: A laying method for laying communication cables (16) is provided which allows to lay optical fiber cables (20) in an underground pipeline such as a sewage pipe neither placing direct tension nor allowing slack on them, and for a main pipe in which a plurality of optical fiber cables (20) are to be laid, the method also allows to lay optical fiber cables (20) in the upper space of inside the pipeline and to obviate the need of an expensive robot for the laying operation. In the proposed laying method, a high-strength low-elongation tension member is disposed to be slidable in the lengthwise direction along each optical fiber cable (20, 21, 22), and the tension members (25, 26, 27) are drawn into the underground pipeline (1) to tension the trunk tension member (25) thereby stretching the trunk tension member (25) substantially straight in the underground pipeline (1), and thus the optical fiber cables (20, 21, 22) are laid in the upper space of inside the underground pipeline (1). Also the branch tension member (26, 27) is tensioned in the branch pipe (4, 5) to lay the optical fiber cables (21, 22) in the branch pipe without allowing slack.

摘要: A paper refeeding device incorporated in a copier for stacking one-sided paper sheets each carrying an image on one side thereof on an intermediate tray and then refeeding the paper sheets from the tray for forming an image on the other side thereof. In a two-sided copy mode operation, the device reduces the copying time while eliminating paper jam, missfeed and other troubles. The device stacks one-sided paper sheets stably on the intermediate tray and refeeds them without any skew. In addition, the device is simple in construction and implements automatic timing control.

摘要: A stator of a rotating electric machine includes: a plurality of teeth having a same shape are arranged in a radial direction toward a rotary shaft core with base ends thereof being coupled to a core back in a ring shape; a slot formed between the adjacent teeth; a flange portion formed projecting to opposite sides of apical ends of the teeth; a slot inlet formed between the adjacent flange portions; a winding area formed around each teeth; and a wire wound via an insulator having a same shape in each winding area. A first wire is wound around first teeth provided alternately, and a second wire is wound around second teeth put between the first teeth, and the first wire and the second wire are wound in a different shape in a sectional shape of opposing portions.

摘要: Intrusion by climbing or jumping over a fence can be detected, and intrusion is detected in a wide area without large-scale equipment. FGBs (grating sections) of different types having different refractive indexes of fiber glass are arranged at predetermined intervals in a longitudinal direction of optical fibers 12, 13A, and 13B, the optical fibers are laid down between poles on the top of a fence or a side thereof, reflected waves from the FBGs are issued by photodetection devices 14, 15A, and 15B in response to an optical input to the optical fibers, and a wavelength shift detection device 16 detects a position of an FBG which exhibits a wavelength shift by swinging of the optical fibers by a stress acting on the fence. A pattern recognition device 19 fetches positions of the wavelength-shifted FBGs as differences between timings of the pulse signals and discriminates swinging of the fence caused by intrusion from swinging of the fence caused by other factors on the basis of output patterns of the pulse signals.
