    Abstract: The disclosure provides a vapor chamber that has excellent fixing stability of a wick structure inside a container and also has excellent circulation properties for a liquid-phase working fluid due to excellent capillary force of the wick structure. The vapor chamber includes a container in which a cavity portion is formed by one plate-shaped body and another plate-shaped body facing the one plate-shaped body, a working fluid enclosed in the cavity portion, and a wick structure contained in the cavity portion and welded to the container so that a welded portion is formed in the wick structure.

    Abstract: The vapor chamber includes a container having a hollow cavity and formed of one plate-shaped member and another plate-shaped member facing the one plate-shaped member that are layered on each other, a working fluid enclosed in the cavity, and a wick structure provided in the cavity. The wick structure includes a first wick part extending from a heat receiving part to a heat discharge part and having a first wick member using a linear member, and a second wick part provided to the heat receiving part and having a second wick member using a linear member.     Abstract: Provided is a vapor chamber that is extremely thin but nonetheless allows a working fluid to smoothly flow back, prevents dry-out and provides a superior heat transport capability, regardless of an installation orientation such as a top heat orientation or a change in the installation orientation. A vapor chamber has a container having a hollow portion, the hollow portion being formed by one plate-shaped body and another plate-shaped body facing the one-plate shaped body; a working fluid enclosed in the hollow portion; a first wick structure provided in the hollow portion; and a second wick structure on an inner surface of the one plate-shaped body thermally connected to a heating element, the second wick structure having a lower flow path resistance to the working fluid than the first wick structure, the second wick structure including a groove portion, wherein a vapor flow path is provided inside of the other plate-shaped body, the first wick structure is provided between the other plate-shaped body and the second wick structure, and an aperture size of the first wick structure is 75% or more of a groove width of the second wick structure and an open area rate of the first wick structure is 35% or more.

    Abstract: A heat pipe suited for thinning, and achieving high heat transport performance is provided. A heat pipe 1 according to the invention includes working liquid, a container 2 into which the working liquid is sealed, and a mesh member 3 disposed in such a position as to come into contact with at least two inner surfaces of the container, the two surfaces facing to each other. The mesh member 3 is formed by a plurality of meshes 31 and 32 laminated on each other. The porosity in the portion where the respective meshes 31 and 32 contact each other is lower than the porosity in the portion where the meshes 31 and 32 contact the container 2.

    Abstract: The purpose of this invention is to provide a sheet-shaped heat pipe that makes it possible to reduce a pressure loss caused by a vapor flow or a pressure loss caused by a working fluid flow to improve the maximum amount of heat to be transported and reduce thermal resistance by increasing the cross-sectional area of a vapor flow passage or a fluid flow passage, which has been limited by the length of a container in a height direction. A heat pipe (20) is provided with a protruding portion (24) so that the height of the wick-occupied portion (23) serving as the fluid flow passage is larger than the height of the space portion (22) serving as the vapor flow passage.
