Multiple-filament lamps ; caps; holders.-To ensure that a multiple-filament bulb for vehicle headlights &c. shall be mounted in only one position with respect to the reflector, the bayonet pins 23, 24 of the bulb cap are located at different distances from the end of the cap and the bayonet slots 26, 27 of the holder are of different lengths to receive the pins. The lamps described comprise two main filaments 13, 14 and a lowpower filament 15 to give a parking light. In the form shown in Fig. 1, the filament 14 is placed on the axis of the bulb and the filament 15 is at right-angles to the main filaments, and in the form shown in Fig. 3, the main filaments are placed on opposite sides of the axis and the filament 15 is inclined to them.
