Abstract: Supporting devices for comfortably positioning the head and shoulders of a human patient in diagonally inverted position to facilitate drainage of fluids from the patient''s lungs. Relative adjustment of the supported positions of the head and shoulders and selective height adjustment of the overall assembly are provided, and a movable vibratory percussion arm positioned for operation and movement by the patient further aids in the treatment of the patient.
