    摘要: An electronic device comprises a housing, a frame, a location determining element, and a first antenna. The housing includes an internal cavity, a lower wall configured to contact a wearer's wrist, and a first side wall coupled to the lower wall. The first side wall includes an inner surface. The frame has a second side wall which includes an outer surface. The frame is positioned within the housing such that the internal cavity is formed partly by the lower wall and the second side wall. The location determining element is configured to determine a current geolocation of the electronic device based on a location signal. The first antenna is configured to receive the location signal. The first antenna is positioned between the inner surface of the first side wall and the outer surface of the second side wall and extends along a first portion of the perimeter of the frame.

The touchscreen unit has a common base layer disposed beneath the cover layer, and it has at least one touch sensor and a photovoltaic surface. The touch sensor and the photovoltaic surface are affixed to opposite faces of the common base layer. The touchscreen unit also includes an electrical interconnection with both the photovoltaic surface and the touch sensor.

    摘要: A wrist-worn electronic device includes a side wall formed of electrically nonconductive material, a printed circuit board, a location determining element, a bezel, and a first antenna. The location determining element is configured to receive a first electronic signal and determine a current geolocation of the electronic device. The bezel is formed of electrically conductive material, positioned above the nonconductive side wall, such that a nonconductive slot is formed between the bezel, a perimeter of the printed circuit board, and electrical connections to two of the electrical ground terminals on the printed circuit board. The first antenna is formed at least partially by an upper portion corresponding to a circumference of the bezel between the two electrical ground terminal and configured to wirelessly receive the first electronic signal and communicate the first electronic signal to the location determining element.
