    Abstract: A watch incorporating an assembly (70) including a light sensor (72), including a photovoltaic cell, a negative electrode (78) and a positive electrode (79). The assembly has a first portion (52A), in which the electrodes are arranged, and a second portion (54A) which is not included in the first portion and which comprises or covers an antenna (80). The semiconductor material wafer extends into the first and second portions, and all the electrodes are arranged below the semiconductor material wafer. Preferably, this semiconductor material wafer or layer has no conductive doping in the second portion. The wafer, or layer, determines, together with additional layers provided thereon, the homogeneous colour and uniform appearance of the assembly from the side of its upper surface. Also, a dial formed by such an assembly.

    Abstract: A watch including a gasket (18) arranged at the periphery of the glass (14), an intermediate portion (20) laterally surrounding the analogue display and defining a radial surface forming an axial stop for the glass, a solar cell (30) extending at least mostly between the lower level of the dial and the glass and being arranged behind the intermediate portion, which is formed at least partially by a translucent or transparent material and configured to make it possible for the incident light to propagate in the intermediate portion and to subsequently reach the solar cell. The gasket is also formed at least mostly by a translucent or transparent material and it forms with the intermediate portion axially a continuous medium.     Abstract: A solar cell covered with a transparent plate through a predetermined gap includes a flexible power generating layer which photoelectrically converts light incident thereon through the transparent plate, a resin layer covering a light receiving surface of the power generating layer, and an adhesion preventing layer covering the surface of the resin layer and facing the transparent plate through the gap. The adhesion preventing layer is made of an inorganic material and has a surface roughness Sz of 1 nm or more and 500 nm or less. Thus, the outermost surface of the solar cell is constituted by the adhesion preventing layer, so that no tack mark occurs even when partial contact occurs between the solar cell and the transparent plate which face each other through the gap. As a result, it is possible to prevent deterioration in appearance due to the tack mark.

    Abstract: A recharging device for an electronic or electromechanical watch equipped, on the one hand, with a device for the storage of electrical energy for powering electronic components of the watch and, on the other hand, with an auxiliary source of electrical energy adapted to power the device for the storage of electrical energy for recharging thereof. The device includes a casket provided with a support for receiving the watch. The device further includes at least one source of energy configured to supply energy to the auxiliary source of electrical energy, when the watch is placed on the receiving support, so that the auxiliary source of electrical energy converts the received energy into electrical energy and delivers a charge for maintaining a predetermined level of power supply voltage to the device for the storage of electrical energy.
