Fluid to be filtered flows laterally through the filter element and axially through a hollow interior and through an axial flow opening of the second end cap. The clamping structures have at least two separate clamp parts that surround the water pipe or other member. A set screw can be extended radially inward from a hole in the fitting body to drive a clamp part. This helps to retain the end of the member in the cavity, while distributing clamping load away from a single point.

摘要： Self-locking bi-foldable load bearing segments are disclosed that can be used in applications such as ladders or ramp. First and second sections of the segment are foldably coupled to transition between an open configuration and a folded configuration. The first and second sections can include rungs pivotally attached to rails that can be further transitioned from the folded configuration to a collapsed configuration, but not transitioned from the open configuration to the collapsed configuration. Openings in the side walls of the rails allow the rungs to pivot in one direction, but not an opposite direction. In the open configuration, the openings of the first and second sections may be oriented opposite, and the direction of allowed rotation of the rungs of the first section and second section are opposite, restricting compression of the rails together. In the folded configuration, the openings of the first and second sections can be oriented the same to allow rotation of the rungs and compression of the rails together.

摘要： A modular tree climbing ladder including a support member, at least one stabilizing bracket secured to the support member, and a pair of steps pivotally secured to the support member. The support member includes a front piece and a rear piece configured to form two channels that oppose one another and form an interior angle of less than 180 degrees. The steps are each pivotally secured to the support member within one of respective said opposing channels such that each of said steps oppose one another and form an angle equal to said interior angle. The steps are independently rotatable from a vertical (or storage) position to a horizontal (or operational) position. The steps include a stepping surface and are secured to said support member such that respective stepping surfaces are coplanar when both steps are in the horizontal position. The modular tree climbing ladder can further include a securing belt mounting bracket that is secured to the support member.
