摘要: A valve for controlling fluids, having a valve housing which has an actuator chamber and at least two laterally located inlet bores that communicates with a high-pressure inlet, and the actuator chamber has an actuator with a ram and an actuator cap, and the actuator chamber has a conical seal, which is embodied by means of a conical face on the end of the actuator chamber and a corresponding annular sealing face on the actuator cap, and with the conical seal a cable outlet can be sealed off. A more-uniform introduction of force to the actuator is attained by the plurality of inlet bores.

摘要: A holder body for a fuel injection valve for internal combustion engines, having a substantially cylindrical basic shape and a centrally disposed axial blind bore, originating at a first end face, as well as a flow conduit offset laterally from the blind bore, which flow conduit, entering the first end face, emerges from the holder body axially downstream of a closed end of the blind bore, at an incline to the axis of the blind bore. The outlet opening of the flow conduit is disposed on a second end face, remote from the first end face, of the holder body, and a longitudinal axis of the holder body in the region of the second end face is angled by a predetermined angle relative to a longitudinal axis of the holder body in the region of the blind bore.

摘要: A fuel injection system, having a fuel injection valve and a control valve, which control valve has a control valve member that is longitudinally displaceable in a control valve bore. A control valve sealing face is embodied on the control valve member; it cooperates with a control valve seat and thus controls the communication between a first pressure space and a second pressure space; the first pressure space communicates with a high-pressure collection chamber. In a valve body, a bore is embodied in which a pistonlike valve needle, with its end toward the combustion chamber, controls the opening of at least one injection opening by executing a longitudinal motion in response to the pressure in a pressure chamber; the pressure chamber communicates with the second pressure space via an inlet conduit. The first pressure space communicates via a throttle with a damping chamber, embodied as a blind bore and otherwise closed off, as a result of which pressure fluctuations that occur upon closure of the control valve are rapidly damped.

摘要: A fuel injection valve for internal combustion engines, having an associated valve body, wherein the valve body is inserted into the receiving bore of the housing of an internal combustion engine and—by means of a clamping element, which is screwed into an internal thread embodied at the end of the receiving bore remote from the combustion chamber, and a support element disposed in an annular groove—is clamped with an annular shoulder embodied on the valve body against a contact surface embodied in the bore. The inner circumference surface of the clamping element and the outer circumference of the support element are conically embodied so that the axial movement of the clamping element when it is screwed in, exerts a radial force on the support element as a result of which it is pressed with its cylindrical inner circumference surface into the annular groove and as a result, a high axial force can be transmitted to the valve body without high surface pressures occurring as a result.
