    摘要: A binding plant for hardcover books comprising a binding equipment and a false cover forming equipment. The false cover forming equipment carries out false covers, by positioning a pair of endpapers in correspondence of lateral binding flaps of a respective backstrip, arranging folds of the endpapers at a pre-assembling distance associated with the thickness of the text block and gluing margins of past-down sheets of the endpapers with binding edges of the backstrip. The binding equipment is feedable, at a cover input “IC”, with the false covers for carrying out book blocks by gluing the backstrips of the false covers with the binding edges of corresponding text blocks and refolding the pairs of endpapers on the respective text blocks. An electronic processing unit is settable for the control of the false cover forming equipment and the binding equipment as a function of the dimensions of the hardcover book to be bound.

    摘要: Binding equipment and false cover forming equipment for hardcover books are disclosed.     摘要: An equipment (111) for high speed transversal perforations of variable lengths on continuous forms (32) in movement comprising a blade support (34) with at least a perforating blade (39a) and a blade contrast (112) having at least one projecting profile (41a) of contrast for the perforating blade (39a) and blade and contrast servomechanisms (43, 128) for rotating the support blade and the blade contrast to carry the perforating blade against the projecting profile in synchronism with the form. The blade contrast (112) comprises a hollow cylinder (113) of low rotational inertia, defining the projecting profile (41a) as sectors with axial extensions different in dependence on their angular positions. The contrast servomechanism (128) is settable for selecting an angular phase of the hollow cylinder (113), such to positioning, for the contrast with the blade, a sector of the projecting profile (41a) having axial extension equal to the requested length of the perforation (P) and in which the hollow cylinder (113) is rotatable around a support shaft (114), without any mechanical contact, as a radial air bearing of pneumostatic type.

    摘要: Perforating equipment (111) for high speed transversal perforations of variable lengths on a continuous form (32) in movement is disclosed. The perforations are carried out by means of a perforating blade (39a) against a projecting profile (41a) of a blade contrast (39a) and blade and contrast servomechanisms (43, 128) for rotating a support for the blade and the blade contrast. The projecting profile (41a) has sectors with axial extensions different in dependence on their angular positions.     摘要: Equipment for transversal perforation, on the fly, of continuous forms in movement, comprises a perforating device having a blade support with a perforating blade, which is actuated for the rotation by a blade servomechanism, in synchronism with the form for the perforation. A contrast member including active sections and remaining inactive sections is rotated by a contrast servomechanism parallel to the support blade. In a condition of perforation, each active section, in synchronism with the form, can provide function of contrast for the perforation blade. In a condition of non-perforation, each inactive section is spaced away from a surface of movement of the form, whereby avoiding the perforation on the passage of the blade.

The cutting device operates in a continuous way, while the accumulating and forwarding device collects the sheet or sheets of a partially formed document and sends the sheet or sheets upon the completion of the document. The differentiating means modifies the transport times without interrupting the cutting device so that a cut sheet of a following document, is transferred to the accumulating and forwarding device for the formation of the following document, substantially after the forwarding of the preceding document.
