摘要: The present disclosure provides a method and system for mounting a current transformer in proximity to a circuit breaker of an electrical system. Generally, a sensor assembly contains a plurality of current transformers (CTs) for measuring power wires from a main power supply. To accommodate measuring a greater number of wires than one sensor assembly can service, a plurality of sensor assemblies can be mounted end-to-end. The sensor assemblies can have symmetrical recessed portions that laterally align when mounted end-to-end by inverting one of the sensor assemblies. The lateral alignment allows CTs mounted lateral to the recessed portions to be aligned with corresponding circuit breakers, so that wires passing from the circuit breakers are aligned with the CTs, reducing bending stresses on the CTs in contrast to prior efforts. Changes in polarity caused by the inversion can be adjusted by software, firmware, hardware or a combination thereof.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a method and system for mounting a current transformer in proximity to a circuit breaker of an electrical system. Generally, a plurality of current transformers (CTs) are provided to measure a plurality of branches from a main power supply and are accumulated on a sensor module. In at least one embodiment, the sensor module includes a molded polymer mounting support that can support the CTs. The polymer molded mounting support departs from the standard circuit board and is substantially less fragile. A wiring channel is provided within the sensor module so that CT output wiring can be safely routed to the output connector using as few as two soldered connections, rather than the typical six soldered connections required in existing branch monitoring systems. Multiple sensor modules can be stacked to allow continued alignment with the CTs and software/firmware/hardware can allow for any current polarity changes.

摘要: A disc gang is provided that is suitable for use as part of a multifunctional seedbed preparation implement or in a standalone disc harrow. The disc gang is configured to permit a gang angle of the disc gang to be adjusted to accommodate differing soil conditions and/or to obtain different tillage characteristics. The disc gang may include a frame mounted on a mainframe of a primary tillage implement such as a cultivator. The frame includes a main beam mounted on the implement's mainframe and a disc support beam connected to the main beam and supporting a plurality of rotating discs. The gang angle can be infinitely adjusted through a designated range by pivoting one end of the disc gang about a vertical pivot axis while permitting another end portion of the disc gang to slide along a support surface for that end. The disc support beam may also be configured to be raised and lowered relative to the main beam so as to permit the cutting depth of the discs to be adjusted independently of the working depth of the remainder of the implement. The disc gang preferably is modular so as to negate the need for complex mechanical and hydraulic connections between the disc gang and the remainder of the implement.

摘要: This invention relates to electronic circuit packages designed to hold high frequency circuits operating particularly, but not exclusively, in the microwave, millimeter wave, and sub-millimeter wave bands. The invention provides a package incorporating a cavity in a material for containment of the circuits, wherein the package further incorporates at least one conductive surface mounted on an inner surface extending into the cavity, the conductivity thereof being adapted to be at least partially absorbent to electromagnetic radiation. The conductive surface according to the present invention will tend to attenuate electromagnetic radiation present within the cavity, and so help to prevent undesired coupling from one point to another within the cavity. The conductivity of the conductive material is preferably arranged to match the impedance of the radiation mode estimated or computed to be present within the cavity.

摘要: The present invention provides a process for decreasing the relative humidity of a gaseous or vaporous process stream, while increasing the temperature thereof. A preferred embodiment of the process of the present invention is implemented using a bleed valve, a positive displacement blower located downstream therefrom, and a control mechanism for opening and closing the bleed valve. When opened, the bleed valve preferably permits ambient air to admix with the gaseous process feed stream to form the blower feed stream. Increased blower gas throughput results in a lower magnitude gas temperature increase across the blower. The control mechanism used in the practice of the present invention involves monitoring the temperature of the blower effluent (or the gaseous feed to a downstream unit operation), and controlling operation of the bleed valve in accordance with that temperature reading.

摘要: The present invention provides a throttle body assembly for an internal combustion engine. The assembly includes an insert having an opening and opposing bores arranged transverse to the opening. The insert is constructed of a first material, preferably a metal such as aluminum or magnesium. A throttle shaft is supported by the bores and spans the opening. A throttle blade is disposed within the opening and secured to the shaft. Both the throttle blade and throttle shaft are preferably constructed from a metal so that the seal between the throttle blade and the insert remains dimensionally stable. A body defines an air passageway with the insert at least partially disposed within the body and aligned with the air passageway. The body is constructed from a second material different from the first material, such as a composite plastic. The body may be a portion of an intake manifold. Accordingly, the above invention provides a lighter, less expensive throttle body that provides an adequate seal between the throttle blade and the air passageway so that a metal throttle body is no longer required.

The system can be scaled to combine individual accounts that focus on a specific organization, personality or region.

摘要: An uninterruptible power supply (UPS) system includes a rectifier having inputs connectable to an input AC power line to receive AC power therefrom. The output of the rectifier is connected to the input of an inverter. A dual-purpose battery is connected to function as a battery boost when the rectifier is receiving AC power from the AC power line. If the UPS is switched to operate in battery mode, the battery provides input voltage to the inverter when the rectifier is not receiving AC power from the AC power source.
