摘要： A mounting apparatus for attaching a data storage device to a chassis includes a latching member, first and second elastic members and a button. The latching member defines a through hole therein and forms a latching pin at a first end thereof. The button includes an abutting portion and a pressing portion extending up from the abutting portion. When the mounting apparatus is mounted to the chassis, the button is placed on a bottom side of the latching member, the latching member is movably mounted to the chassis, the first elastic member is compressed between the second end of the latching member and a baffle formed on the chassis, the second elastic member is compressed between the button and the chassis, the pressing portion of the button extends through the through hole and extending out of a top surface of the latching member.

摘要： A fixing apparatus includes a board presenting a number of engaging portions and a post, and a casing for containing a data storage device. The casing includes a bottom wall defining a number of engaging holes, an end wall perpendicularly connected to the bottom wall, and a fixing member pivotably mounted to the end wall. Each engaging hole may engage and lock an engaging portion. The fixing member forms a sliding portion having a slanted outer surface, and a protrusion connected to the sliding portion and is pivoted to move the casing away from the post, until the second holes engage with the corresponding engaging portions, and the protrusion resists against the post.

摘要： A mounting mechanism for attaching a data storage device to a chassis includes a housing, first and second driving members, a latching member, first, second, and third elastic members. The housing defines first, second and third sliding paths therein. The first and third sliding paths extend along a first direction of the housing for receiving the first driving member and the latching member. The second sliding path extends along a second direction of the housing substantially perpendicular to the first direction for receiving the second driving member. The first driving member forms an inclined guiding surface at an end thereof outside the housing. When the guiding surface is pressed down, the driving member moves inward, driving the second driving to move and disengage from the latching member, and the latching member moves along the first direction by an elastic force of the third elastic member.
