摘要： The shaft includes two electrically conducting connecting pieces (2, 3), which can be connected to different electric potentials, and also an insulating tube (4), which can be subjected to torsional loading. The two connecting pieces (2, 3) are respectively fastened to one of the two ends of the insulating tube (4). In order that the shaft can also transmit great torques, the following means are provided for fastening at least one of the two connecting pieces (2, 3):An adhesive joint (5), which is formed by a cone (6) formed into one end of the insulating tube (4) and made to run from the circumferential surface (7) to the inner surface (8) of the insulating tube (4) and also by a mating cone (9) formed into the at least one connecting piece (2, 3), and by a gap (10) formed by the cone (6) and mating cone (9) and filled with adhesive.Alternatively, the fastening means may also include an embedding, which has a portion of the at least one connecting piece, made to extend in the direction of the axis of the insulating tube, as the part to be embedded, and the end portion of the insulating tube produced by a casting process, as the embedding body.

摘要： An insulating part (20) is provided for a high voltage switch of a metal-enclosed circuit-breaker system and is executed as a pressure-gelated casting on the base of a polymeric composite material. It comprises a base-plate (21) with a centrally arranged large through-hole (23) for receiving a current terminal lead of the high voltage switch and with small through-holes (24, 25) for receiving fastening screws. The insulating part further comprises two bearing blocks (22) for receiving a shaft of a movable contact of a contact arrangement of the switch and at least a first collar (26) which surrounds the large through-hole (23).For reason of the execution as a pressure-gelated casting the insulating part (20) can be manufactured easily with low costs but with high precision. In general a finish-maching of the casting is not required. The integration of the large through-hole (23) and of the small through-holes (24, 25) as well as of the two bearing blocks (22) and the first collar (26) into the insulating part (20) during pressure gelation of the polymeric composite material result in a complex design which fulfills all required mechanical, electrical and thermal functions during operation of the system.

摘要： In a computer-implemented system for managing a database system with structured data records, two internal databases separate from one another are maintained, an interface for an input at least of parts of a structured data record into one of the databases is provided, at least one interface for communicating with an external database system is provided, in order to communicate between one of the internal databases and the external database. Initiated by inputting of a new data record into the first database, inputting of a new corresponding data record into the second database only takes place if a confirmation was received from the external database regarding the successful inputting of a corresponding new data record into the external database, and in the event of a difference between the new data record in the first database and a probably corresponding new data record from the external database, a probability is assigned to the probably corresponding new data record from the external database depending on the degree of difference, and from further data records from the external database a data record is extracted that has a higher probability of being the correct corresponding new data record.

摘要： Mold-free resin-insulated coil windings are obtained by applying continuous fibers embedded in a quasi-solid-state epoxy-resin matrix, e.g. in the form of a tape, to the coil windings. The tape is locally heated up to the melting point of its polymer matrix, and is subsequently pressed against the winding body. The heated and fused resin of the tape, which is pressed onto the coil, flows under pressure into the voids and gaps between the coil windings and fills them up, thereby hermetically insulating the coil windings. After leaving the heating and pressing apparatus the fused epoxy resin becomes solid again. The resulting curing process is thus considerably simplified and shortened, compared to the state of the art.
