In some embodiments, the methods include demineralizing the bone in a demineralization medium and separating the bone into particles during demineralization. 摘要: Therapeutic alcoholic beverage compositions and the methods of making are disclosed. In particular, the invention relates to a therapeutic alcoholic beverage composition comprising one or more therapeutic compounds derived from natural herb materials. The natural herb materials are selected from Cannabis materials, psilocybin mushrooms, the combination of those, and others. The therapeutic compounds comprising psychoactive compounds Δ9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), supporting non-psychoactive cannabidiol (CBD) and terpenes derived from Cannabis materials, and/or psychedelic compounds including psilocybin, psilocin, baeocystin, norbaeocystin, and norpsilocin derived from psilocybin mushrooms. The therapeutic compounds have a concentration varying from 0.00001% to 10% in the alcoholic beverage. The therapeutic alcoholic beverage can be further enhanced by aroma and flavor substances derived from wood materials. The methods of making comprising treating alcoholic beverage with natural herb materials and wood materials in presence of subcritical, critical, or supercritical carbon dioxide.

摘要: Enhanced alcoholic beverage compositions and enhancing methods are disclosed. In particular, the invention relates to an enhanced alcoholic beverage composition comprising at least one or more cannabis plant derived compounds, with or without oak wood derived compounds, wherein the cannabis plant derived compounds in the alcoholic beverage composition have a weight ratio of 0.00005% to 5% (w/v %) and the oak wood derived compounds have a weight ratio of 0-5%. The cannabis plant derived compounds include at least one or more cannabinoids including Δ9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and cannabidiol (CBD) and at least one or more terpenes. The enhancing methods comprising infusing cannabis plant and/or oak wood derived compounds with alcoholic beverage in presence of subcritical/critical/supercritical carbon dioxide.

摘要: Accelerated spirit/beverage aging methods and systems are disclosed. Two accelerated aging methods are provided. The first aging method is to soak selected wood fibers/chips with spirits/beverages in situ in presence of subcritical/critical/supercritical carbon dioxide. The second aging method is to process selected wood fibers/chips in subcritical/critical/supercritical carbon dioxide to obtain activated wood fibers/chips. The activated wood fibers/chips are then soaked with spirits and/or beverages. A system for spirit/beverage aging and/or wood activation is also provided. It is comprised of a carbon dioxide supply device with a pump and a filter; a subcritical/critical/supercritical carbon dioxide performance vessel with a temperature/pressure control element; a mesh cage device for holding wood fibers/chips; and a carbon dioxide separation and recycle device. In some embodiments, wood and activated wood are further impregnated with natural flavors, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and therapeutics in a subcritical/critical/supercritical CO2 environment. Activated wood and/or impregnated wood is then combined with spirit/beverage and soaked in ambient, vacuum, pressure, or CO2 environment to obtain an aged and flavor enriched spirit/beverage.
