摘要: In a mobile network comprising a plurality of base stations and a gateway, a user equipment may perform a handover from a source base station to a target base station. By control signalling, the handover may be notified from the target base station to a control node of the mobile network and then to the gateway so that the gateway may switch to a data path which connects the target base station and the gateway. The notification of the handover may be delayed at the target base station or at the control node, by starting a timer and sending the control signalling for initiating the path switching after expiry of the timer.

摘要: A mobility management node (120, 125), arranged to serve a User Equipment, UEs (130) in a Public Land Mobile Network, a PLMN, also arranged to have an interface towards a Serving Gateway, an SGW (115). The mobility management node (120, 125) is arranged to, upon reception of one or more predefined messages from a UE (130) or in case of a change of mobility management node and/or PLMN for the UE (130), send a message to the SGW (115), comprising information on the maximum Quality of Service for the UE (130) allowed by the mobility management node (120, 125) and information on the subscribed Quality of Service for the UE (130), the mobility management node (120, 125) being arranged to receive a response message from the SGW (115), and to, as a result of the response message, implement a limitation of the UEs (130) Quality of Service.

摘要: The present solution relates to a method in a first communication node (109,113) for enabling authorization of the first communication node (109,113) to determine a first bit rate. The first communication node (109,113) receives (302,306,401), from a second communication node (101), a message comprising at least one trigger to determine a first bit rate and obtains (303,308,402) a first rank. The node (109,113) determines (304,404) the first bit rate associated with the first rank, and transmits (305,312,405) the first bit rate associated with the first rank to the second communication node (101), enabling authorization of the first communication node (109,113) to determine the first bit rate.

摘要: A Policy and Charging Rules Function node, a PCRF node (120), for a communications system, with an interface (Sy) towards an Online Charging System node, an OCS node (115), in the system. The PCRF node can transmit an inquiry to the OCS over said interface (Sy) regarding a credit validation for a service requested by an end user. The PCRF node is arranged to receive a reply from the OCS to said enquiry. Also disclosed is an OCS node (115), in a communications system equipped with an interface (Sy) towards a PCRF node (120) in the system (100), the OCS node (115) arranged to receive an inquiry from the PCRF node over said interface (Sy) regarding a credit validation for a service which has been requested by an end user, the OCS node (115) also being arranged to establish and transmit a reply to the PCRF node (120).

摘要: The present solution relates a method in a first communication node (301) for rate adaptation of communication between the first communication node (301) and at least one second communication node (302). The first communication node (301) and the at least one second communication node (302) being comprised in a communication network (300). The first communication node (301) receives a message from the second communication node (302). The message comprises a communication window size of the second communication node (302). The communication window size of the second communication node (302) is stored. Then, the first communication node (301) obtains the communication window size of the first communication node (301), i.e. its own communication window size. The first communication node (301) transmits a message to the second communication node (302). The message comprises the obtained communication window size of the first communication node (301).
