    摘要: A light directing member for an infrared touch screen device is provided. The infrared touch screen includes a touch screen having a first side and an opposing second side, an infrared emitter for emitting infrared light beams toward the light directing element, and a plurality of infrared receivers arranged along the first side of the touch screen. The light directing member is positioned at the second side of the touch screen, and includes an outwardly curved surface facing the infrared emitter and a plurality of reflective slanted surfaces. The curved surface collimates the infrared light beams emitted from the infrared emitter into parallel infrared light beams. The plurality of reflective slanted surfaces are aligned with the respective infrared receivers, and for receiving and reflecting corresponding portions of the collimated parallel beams to the respective infrared receivers. A related device is also provided.

The storage unit stores a relationship table recording a mapping relationship between touch inputs and a number of commands associated with the touch inputs. The touch input unit generates signals in response to user's touch input. The processor includes a control module and an identification module. The control module controls displaying the sensed handwritten content on the display unit. The identification module recognizes the touch input of the sensed handwritten content and identifies if the touch input of the recognized handwritten content is associated with a command according to the signals and the relationship table. The control module also controls the electronic device to execute the associated command.

    摘要: A remote control apparatus for controlling a plurality of remote controllable appliances includes a housing, an infrared signal receiving window and an infrared signal transmitting window defined in the housing. The remote apparatus determines the selected appliance and the selected function based upon a wireless signal carrying an identification transmitted by the mobile terminal, determines an infrared remote control code, and emits an infrared signal carrying the infrared remote control code. A light directing element received in the housing directs the infrared signal emitting by the infrared transmitting unit and the infrared remote control signal from the attached remote control to exit the housing through the infrared signal transmitting window, thereby controlling the selected appliance to execute the selected function.
