    摘要: A plug connector provides an electrical connection to a conductor track connection of a printed circuit board. The plug connector has a first printed circuit board with a conductor track connection and a plugging region for plugging the printed circuit board into the plug connector. The plugging region extends parallel to the first printed circuit board. A contact element and/or a spring element is provided in the plug connector. The plugging region and the contact element and/or the spring element are arranged in such a way that, in a plugged state of the plug connector, the printed circuit board which is plugged into the plugging region is arranged parallel to the printed circuit board and the conductor track connection is arranged opposite the conductor track connection. An electrical connection of the conductor track connection to the conductor track connection is provided by the contact element and/or the spring element.

    摘要: Disclosed is a plug connector for contacting electrical lines. The plug connector has a first plug part and a second plug part. The first plug part and the second plug part are each designed for receiving and contacting of an electrical cable. The first plug part has a spherical shell as a contact region and the second plug part has a sphere as a contact region. By this geometric design, the first plug part and the second plug part can be variably aligned and fastened to each other. Particularly advantageously and flexible, the first plug part and the second plug part can be adjusted without the contact and connections having to be dismantled.

    摘要: A method is provided for ensuring and/or checking the quality of a crimping using a crimping machine for crimping a cable with a contact sleeve and using a first optical sensor for detecting and/or recording first image data of the contact sleeve and using an evaluation electronics system. The method includes detecting the first image data of the contact sleeve by the first optical sensor; carrying out, via the evaluation electronics system, a first comparison of the first image data of the first optical sensor with first reference data of a predetermined contact sleeve; checking the first comparison for the presence of a predetermined first criterion; and, if the predetermined first criterion is satisfied, outputting a first signal. The detection of the first image data and the first comparison and the checking for the first criterion and the output of the first signal are carried out before the cable is crimped with the contact sleeve. A crimping machine suitable for carrying out the above method is also provided.

    摘要: Disclosed is a method and a device for checking the quality of a crimping of a specified cable with a specified contact sleeve using a sensor system for measuring a force and a displacement of a device for the actuation and/or force application of a crimping unit and using an electronic analysis system. In the method a force/displacement curve is detected during the crimping process and is displayed on a screen, wherein the method has the following steps: a stored reference model is displayed on the screen together with the detected force/displacement curve, said reference model having a first and a second envelope curve which define a tolerance range;—comparing the force/displacement curve with the reference model, thereby ascertaining whether the force/displacement curve lies in the tolerance range; and—arriving at a conclusion regarding the quality of the crimping from the comparison.
