    摘要: A touch substrate and a display device are disclosed. The touch substrate includes a plurality of first electrodes and second electrodes disposed as intersecting each other, wherein the first electrodes and the second electrodes contact each other at intersecting positions and form heterojunction therein. The touch substrate of the invention takes advantage of unidirectional conductive feature of the heterojunction to prevent the interference between the first electrodes and the second electrodes, thereby guaranteeing the good performance of the touch substrate.
