Abstract:
In a recording technique in which a plurality of light spots are simultaneously formed by using an ultra-short pulse laser and a spatial phase modulator, and a plurality of recording dots having refractive indexes different from those of the vicinities thereof are formed inside a recording medium, it is hard to make recording quality and a recording density compatible. Therefore, a plurality of dots are recorded at a predetermined dot pitch, and then other dots are recorded between the recorded dots.
Abstract:
In multicolor Coherent anti-Stokes Raman Scattering, a fingerprint region is a region densely filled with signals, and information about an intensity or spatial distribution of the signals is important for cell analysis. However, when laser power was increased due to the low signal intensity, there was a problem that cells were damaged. Thus, the present invention was configured such that the number of pulses of laser light emitted from a short pulse laser light source was changed by a pulse modulator. Accordingly, damage to the cells can be suppressed without significant reduction in signal intensity.
Abstract:
Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure relate to providing an optical apparatus that is capable of acquiring representative Raman spec trams with high reliability from hyper spectrum images of samples. An optical apparatus according to this disclosure: receives a specifying input that specifies a specific Raman spectrum bandwidth as a reference signal; and extracts a Raman spectrum for a measurement point where an intensity of the reference signal is at or above a reference intensity.
Abstract:
In recording technologies for batch formation of a plurality of recording bits in a recording medium by forming a plurality of optical spots using an ultrashort pulse laser and a spatial optical modulator, the hatch recordable hit number has an upper limit, resulting in restricted recording speed. The intensity of the optical spot is corrected to increase the batch recordable bit number for increasing the recording speed.
