摘要： A method of manufacturing a noise shield cable, wherein the noise shield cable includes a conductor, an insulation provided around the conductor, a noise shielding layer provided around the insulation and a sheath provided around the noise shielding layer, includes providing an insulating material including a magnetic powder, pressing and then rolling the insulating material to form a sheet, and winding the sheet around the insulation to form the noise shielding layer. An aspect ratio of the magnetic powder represented by a maximum length/a maximum thickness is more than 10.

摘要： A partial discharge charge amount measuring method includes generating a partial discharge in a sample by applying a voltage from a voltage impressing device connected to the sample, the voltage being higher than a partial discharge inception voltage, continuously measuring and recording terminal voltages of a capacitor connected in series between the sample and a ground at least until a breakdown of the sample occurs by alternately operating at least two data loggers connected to the capacitor at intervals of a predetermined time, calculating an amount of electric charge discharged from the sample and remaining in the capacitor by multiplying a difference in the recorded terminal voltages of the capacitor by a capacitance of the capacitor, and calculating an accumulated discharge amount by accumulating the discharged amount of electric charge at earliest until the breakdown of the sample occurs.

摘要： A noise suppression cable includes an electrical wire, a first magnetic material including a pair of first surfaces formed along an axis direction of the electrical wire and a convex portion projecting from the first surfaces, and a second magnetic material including a pair of second surfaces disposed on a periphery of the electrical wire, the pair of the second surfaces contacting the pair of the first surfaces such that a tubular shape is formed by the first and second magnetic materials. The first magnetic material and the second magnetic material are configured to generate a compression stress in the convex portion of the first magnetic material by receiving an external force so as to reduce a relative permeability of the convex portion.

摘要： There is provided an estimating method of an insulation lifetime for estimating an insulation lifetime in a sample constituted by including a conductor and an insulator, including: an information acquisition step (S2) of obtaining correlative information regarding a discharged electric charge amount caused by a partial discharge in the sample and an insulation breakdown of the sample; an electric charge amount detection step (S3) of generating a partial discharge in the sample in the stage of estimating the insulation lifetime and detecting a discharged electric charge amount caused by the partial discharge; and a lifetime estimation step (S4) of obtaining a period until the insulation breakdown occurs in the sample, from the discharged electric charge amount detected in the electric charge amount detection step, based on the correlative information obtained in the information acquisition step (S2), as a estimation result of the insulation lifetime.

摘要： A noise shield cable is comprising an electrically insulated wire comprising a conductor wire coated with an insulator around a circumference thereof, and a magnetic tape layer comprising a magnetic tape wound around an outer circumference of the electrically insulated wire. Both ends of the magnetic tape are being overlapped together. Overlapped portions of the magnetic tape include a joining portion and are being joined by resistance welding at the joining portion. The joining portion of the magnetic tape joined by resistance welding has a maximum length in a cable longitudinal direction of not greater than ⅓ a width of the magnetic tape.
