摘要: A flat cable having high performances in current-carrying, insulation, and safety is provided. The flat cable 1, comprises: a pair of conductive thin plates 2 of strip-shape arranged in parallel; an insulating layer 3 covering the conductive thin plates 3; and a sheath protective layer 4 covering the conductive thin plates 2 covered with the insulating layer 3. The conductive thin plate 2 has a thickness of 0.6 mm or less and a cross-sectional width of 4 mm or more. the insulating layer 3 has a thickness of 0.25 mm or more, the sheath protective layer 4 has a thickness of 0.25 mm or more, and the flat cable has a total thickness of 2 mm or less and a cross-sectional total width of 20 mm or more.

摘要: A coating film is provided in a cable, a medical hollow tube, a molded article and a hollow tube. The coating film is formed from a rubber composition including a rubber component and fine particles. A static friction coefficient on a surface of the coating film is 0.5 or less. When the coating film is subjected to a testing such that a long fiber non-woven fabric including cotton linters including an alcohol for disinfection with a length of 50 mm along a wiping direction is brought contiguous to the surface of the coating film at a shearing stress of 2×10−3 MPa to 4×10−3 MPa, followed by wiping off the surface of the coating film at a speed of 80 times/min to 120 times/min and 20,000 repetitions thereof for a wiping direction length of 150 mm, a difference (an absolute value of a difference) between the static friction coefficients of the coating film before and after the testing is not greater than 0.1.

摘要: A cable system is provided which is configured with both electric wires and a fluid conduit running through the axial passage of a surrounding flexible sheath of the cable. The system allows for communication of electricity over the wires for electrical circuits and concurrent communication of a fire ignition suppressant fluid or gas through the fluid conduit, to all points in an electric circuit using the cable.
