摘要: Provided is an installation for manufacturing an all-solid secondary battery provided with a powder laminate including stacked powder films. The manufacturing installation includes a mixer for mixing multiple kinds of powder materials and a conveying device for conveying a powder material mixed by the mixer. The manufacturing installation also includes an electrostatic film-forming device for forming the powder films from the powder material conveyed by the conveying device, by using at least an electrostatic force. In the manufacturing installation, a process of forming the powder laminate from the multiple kinds of powder materials is a dry process.

摘要: Provided is a method for producing an all-solid-state battery, which is capable of preventing the occurrence of a short circuit or a charge abnormality due to the formation of a dendrite even in cases where the pressing force is decreased. The DC power supply applies the voltage to draw the powder from the powder feeder to the substrate with electrostatic force. The electrostatic film formation device further includes a masking member disposed between the powder feeder and the substrate. The masking member is formed with a passing port allowing the powder to pass from the powder feeder to the substrate. The masking member is disposed in the state where the masking member is not in contact with the powder film to be formed.

摘要: A pressurizing suction-attachment table is provided with a porous body having a suction-attachment surface on which an object can be placed, an elastic member directly provided to the porous body, and a frame body supporting the porous body with the elastic member therebetween. The pressurizing suction-attachment table is configured such that, when the opposite surface is received by the receiving surface, the porous body applies a uniform reactive force to the object being pressurized.

On the edge of the second current collector, a second insulating member is provided via a second bonding layer. The side end face of the solid-electrolyte layer is disposed outside at least one of the side end faces of the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer. The bonding layers are separated from the respective inner side ends of the insulating members such that each of the current collectors has a deformable distortion buffering area.
