Abstract: A structure securely attaches a component to an opening portion in a plate-shaped member without stripping or turning over the member. Each of a pair of mount members includes a first engagement portion engaged with a rear surface of the plate-shaped member and a second engagement portion engaged with the component. The component includes projecting portions to be fitted between the mount members, thus the component can be fixed against coming off by engagement of the second engagement portion and the component. The projecting portions inhibit the mount members engaged with the opening portion from moving, thereby preventing the mount members from coming off the opening portion. Since the fitting member is fitted between the second engagement portions, the fitting member inhibits the second engagement portions from moving to come closer to each other, and from disengagement from the component, thereby more securely preventing the component from coming off.

Abstract: A drilling jig for drilling a punching hole with a boundary between a basis material and a coating of a workpiece less noticeable, and a drilling method using this drilling jig. It includes a male blade, a female blade, and a hexagon bolt; the male blade and the hexagon bolt are capable of being coupled to each other; a screw hole, through which the hexagon bolt is inserted, and a blade portion are formed in the male blade; the blade portion has a planar blade surface; a shaft insertion hole, through which the hexagon bolt is inserted, and a blade portion housing hole capable of housing the blade portion are formed in the female blade, whereby the boundary between the basis material and the coating of a bumper can be positioned on the inside of the punching hole, preventing the appearance of the punching hole from being impaired.

Abstract: Provided is a highly versatile attachment component corresponding to a space around an attachment location of a vehicular member. A retainer for attaching an ultrasonic sensor to a vehicle has a member holding portion for holding the ultrasonic sensor; and an attachment portion that is to be attached to the vehicle. The attachment portion has a center attachment part; a plurality of attachment pieces which are an upper attachment piece, a lower attachment piece, a left attachment piece and a right attachment piece; and cuttable sections joining the center attachment part and the multiple attachment pieces. These attachment pieces can be removed by cutting the cuttable sections. Therefore, some of the attachment pieces may be removed so as to secure a space around a location to which the ultrasonic sensor is to be attached, thus allowing the ultrasonic sensor to be attached to the vehicle.
