摘要: A recovery processing method of a lithium ion battery of an embodiment is a processing method of recovering performance of the lithium ion battery. The recovery processing method of the lithium ion battery includes a process of holding an SOC of the lithium ion battery at a fixed value that is within a range of 10% to 70%. The SOC in the process is preferably set to equal to or smaller than a value in which a gradient of an SOC-voltage curve has a minimum value.

摘要: A method of activating a fuel cell includes an energizing step. In the energizing step, a hydrogen gas as an anode gas is supplied to an anode, and an inert gas as a cathode gas is supplied to a cathode to produce a potential difference between the anode and the cathode. In this state, current is applied between the anode and the cathode.

摘要: A residual life determination system includes: a first estimated residual life recognition unit configured to recognize a first estimated residual life of the target component according to a cumulative fatigue degree of the target component based on the load measurement information; a second estimated residual life recognition unit configured to recognize a second estimated residual life of the target component according to a degradation degree of the physical property value of the target component based on the physical property value measurement information; and a residual life determination unit configured to determine the residual life of the target component based on the first estimated residual life in a first period before the second estimated residual life becomes longer than the first estimated residual life.

摘要: In a method of inspecting output of a fuel cell, a reduction step is performed, and thereafter, a measurement step is performed. In the reduction step, reduction treatment is applied to electrode catalyst contained in an anode and a cathode. After the reduction treatment is applied to the electrode catalyst of the anode and the cathode, in the measurement step, measurement current which is smaller than rated current of the fuel cell, is applied to the anode and the cathode to inspect the output of the fuel cell.

摘要: In an electric potential difference forming step of a method of inspecting output of a fuel cell, a hydrogen gas as an anode gas is supplied to an anode, and an inert gas as a cathode gas is supplied to the cathode to generate an electric potential difference between the anode and the cathode. In a maintaining step, measurement current which is smaller than rated current of the fuel cell is applied to the anode and the cathode, and the voltage between the anode and the cathode is maintained at less than the reduction potential of the electrode catalyst. In a measurement step, in the state where the measurement current is applied to the anode and the cathode, and voltage between the anode and the cathode is maintained, the cathode gas is changed to a mixed gas, and then, output of the fuel cell is measured.

摘要: In a method of activating a fuel cell, after a voltage application step is performed, a humidifying step is performed. In the voltage application step, a hydrogen gas is supplied to an anode, and an inert gas is supplied to a cathode. In the meanwhile, cyclic voltage which is increased and decreased within a predetermined range is applied to the fuel cell. In the humidifying step, in a state where application of the voltage is stopped, a humidified gas containing water vapor is supplied to at least one of the anode and the cathode.

摘要: In a solid polymer electrolyte fuel cell, a potential is swept to obtain a cyclic voltammogram. The activation treatment is completed when any of conditions (a) to (c) is satisfied. (a): the peak number between 0.1 and 0.3 V increases from one to two, and inequalities of I1/I3≧1.2 and I2/I3≧1.2 are satisfied where I1, I2 and I3 are current values of the two peaks, and the minimum current value between the two peaks, respectively; (b): an oxidation peak within a range of 0.4 to 0.7 V decreases, and a charge amount corresponding to the peak decreases to 20 mC or less; and (c): the ratio I5/I4 increases from less than 1 to 1 where I4 and I5 are current values of a reduction peak within a range of 0.6 to 0.7 V and a reduction peak within a range of 0.7 to 0.8 V, respectively.

摘要: A voltage applying unit of a water detecting device applies, to a pair of electrodes, a voltage changing within an application range that includes a first voltage which is smaller than an electrolysis voltage of water and a second voltage which is larger than the electrolysis voltage of the water. A judging unit judges presence or absence of the water based on change in electric current measured by a current measuring unit when the voltage changing within the application range is applied to the pair of electrodes.
