    Abstract: An electric conductor insertion device and insertion method with which the impact of variations in axial direction length of a stator core can be suppressed. An insertion device includes: a guide part that guides a leg part into a slot; a pair of expanding plates that extend in an insertion direction and are capable of expanding at the distal end side; a relative movement part that relatively moves the guide part or a stator core in the axial direction so that distal ends of the expanding plates are disposed on the inside of a protruding part of the insulation paper; a pressing part that presses a top surface of the stator core downwards in the axial direction; and an insertion movement part that inserts the leg part and presses the leg part in the insertion direction to insert the leg part into the slot.

    Abstract: Provided are an alignment method and an alignment device by which, immediately before aligning, the leg parts of adjacent conductors do not interfere with each other.     Abstract: An insertion system for electrical conductors is provided that can widen the gap between insulating paper. An insertion system (1) includes: a first moving part (4) that causes a leg of the coil element (10) to move in an insertion direction of a slot (16); a guide part (3) that guides the leg into the slot (16); and a pair of first spreader plates (7A) and a pair of second spreader plates (7B) that can spread at a leading end side thereof, in which these pairs of spreader plates are formed so as to extend inclined relative to the insertion direction so as to approach each other towards a leading end side, and a gap therebetween is narrower than a width of insulating paper (17) at the leading end side, and is wider than a width of the leg of the coil element (10) at a base end side.

    Abstract: An arrangement apparatus and an arrangement method of allowing gripping devices to grip electrical conductors by using inexpensive, simple, and small-sized configurations. A stator manufacturing apparatus for arranging coil elements in a ring shape includes: a plurality of gripping devices that are arranged in a ring shape and grip coil elements; robot arms that supply the coil elements to the gripping devices; and a turntable that integrally rotates the plurality of gripping devices. According to this, the gripping devices are rotated by the turntable is aligned in a ring shape, and thus, the coil elements are supplied to the arrangement points by the robot arms and the plurality of coil elements can be aligned in a ring shape while gripped by the gripping devices.
