Abstract: A mobile communications system expansion method, a related device, a storage medium, and a program product are provided, to relatively accurately expand a capacity of a current data service-focused communications network. In embodiments of this application, a distribution status of collected data characteristic information is fitted by using a power-law model, to obtain a user data transmission rate in a coverage area of a transmit unit; a theoretical quantity of users supported by a mobile communications system is determined based on the user data transmission rate and an obtained reference system transmission rate of the mobile communications system; and whether to expand a capacity of the transmit unit is determined based on the theoretical quantity of users and an actual quantity of users that access the transmit unit in the preset time segment.

Abstract: A graph refactorization method is provided, and relate to the field of communication technologies, to implement parallel graph processing with load balancing, low communication costs, and short execution time. The method includes: A first machine selects a first vertex from a local vertex set of a subgraph (S801). If a degree of the first vertex is less than or equal to a first preset threshold, the first machine fuses the first vertex and an adjacent vertex within a preset quantity of hops of the first vertex in the local vertex set into a super-vertex (S802). If the degree of the first vertex is greater than or equal to a second preset threshold, the first machine copies the first vertex to obtain N sub-vertices, and divides edges of the first vertex in the subgraph of the first machine into N parts to respectively connect to the N sub-vertices (S803).

Abstract: A transit device receives a target token request sent by a data transmit end, and sends the target token request to a data receive end. The data receive end may determine, based on the target token request, a target token packet corresponding to the target token request, and then send the target token packet to the transit device based on a priority identifier. The transit device determines a sending rate of the token packet based on a link bandwidth of the current device, a preset packet length of a token packet, and a preset packet length of the data packet, and sends the target token packet to the data transmit end based on the priority identifier and the sending rate of the token packet. The transit device may send the target data packet to the data receive end.

Abstract: A pedestrian tracking method includes obtaining, within a detection period, an upper body detection box of a to-be-tracked pedestrian appearing in a to-be-tracked video; obtaining a detection period whole body box of the to-be-tracked pedestrian based on the upper body detection box; and obtaining, within the tracking period based on the detection period whole body box, a tracking period whole body box corresponding to an upper body tracking box. It can be learned that the to-be-tracked pedestrian may be tracked using the tracking period whole body box. An aspect ratio of the detection period whole body box may change. Therefore, even if the to-be-tracked pedestrian appears in an abnormal posture within the detection period, an accurate tracking period whole body box of the to-be-tracked pedestrian can still be obtained.
